Zuma Restaurant - Las Vegas
Thé food, service was outstanding.
Amazing food! Great experience!
Our server was amazing, the fluidity of the food courses, clearing and attention to our tables was something utterly spectacular. Every bite was truly amazing. We will surely be flying back to Vegas just to dine at this restaurant. If our server ever sees this tell him that we will request him as our server the next time we are in Vegas.
Phenomenal dining experience with their omekase tastings menu and service was exceptional from Chris and the rest of the team. Thank You!
Impeccable service at the bar with a full menu and a smile!
Food was incredible
Fabulous experience as usual! Brought several newbies to experience Nobu and hands down, they all loved it! Chefs table was great approach - we all found new things we loved.
Took 20 mins to get our food menus and had to call waiter several times to order more food and drinks
As a vegetarian, I appreciate the diverse menu available. My sister enjoys variety, and a restaurant like Nobu offers her a chance to try flavors and combinations unlike anywhere else. Our server was also extremely knowledgeable and attentive.
Always fantastic food. Great server. It was truffle season so I was in heaven!
Tasty food with steep prices. Imo the guest room is just too loud.
Nobu is always my favorite in Vegas and this trip, it did not disappoint. The Yellowtail tuna is my favorite dish along with the rock shrimp. We tried the roasted vegies this time which I would definitely recommend. Everything was perfect from the moment we stepped in.
Food and service was exceptional. Was at least moderately loud. Moderately pricey.
Our server had great suggestions to accompany our picks! Delicious and beautiful food.
Great food. Superb quality of fish is obvious with every bite and every dish.
Was truly looking forward to eating here but was a bit disappointed. Have eTen in NOBU I’m Manhattan and was very impressed but Vegas was a much different experience.
As for presentation they get an A+ but the fish was disappointing and the price was ridiculous for the quality. I live in Arizona and we get outstanding sushi and it’s about a third of the price.
It’s overhyped and underwhelming.
Great food and the service was even better.
Good meal ok service food quality will bring me back.
Food & Service was Amazing!!!
Our third time at Nobu at Caesars and it wasn’t a charm. We had a 9:30 PM reservation and they sat us at a table in the middle of the floor between several large parties. It was an awful spot. We should have just sat at the bar.
Waiter was inattentive and offered few suggestions. Food came out very randomly and people tried to clear our plates before we were half done. Nobody ever refilled our sake, we just poured our own every time.
Unfortunately, it feels like any other chain now. I don’t see us coming back. Maybe to the original NY location but not here.
Great food great ambiance. Some fish is really expensive but it’s Vegas. We love Nobu
Server Rushed us and there was a special occasion that was never mentioned or acknowledged
Everything was delicious!!! Every plate really increíble! But for us it was too expensive 194 dollars per person.. I mean it worth it but still expensive
The music in the restaurant was very loud. There were hits and misses with the food. Delicious miso soup and shrimp tempura roll.
Simply amazing. Food is surreal. Service is awesome. Top 10 dinner ever. Top tier Omakase tasting was perfect.
Service was fantastic. Food is great. The only complaint is when you modify your food items the price could change drastically, and the server doesn’t tell you up front. A little surprise on the check.
Absolutely wonderful experience. I can't recommend Nobu enough. The food, staff and atmosphere was outstanding.
We had a fantastic experience for New Years Eve dinner. Arnold is an awesome server/host and I highly recommend him. I always enjoy my experience here and can’t wait to go back next time I’m in town.
Very disappointed. After sitting and having our first conversation with the waiter, we realized that Nobu had a very unique concept. You order multiple things from the menu, plates are then brought out one by one for everyone to share. The second option is for the waiter to just bring food to you, chef’s choice. While I get the appeal of this, I explained to the waiter that I do not eat a lot of meat but this was not true for my husband. I expressed my desire to have separate plates so that my husband and I could both enjoy our personal preferences. The waiter said he understood but really pressured me to try their seafood/meat courses. He gave me a moment to consider my options but I wasn’t comfortable breaking from a diet that I’ve upheld for many, many years. So we ordered separately. None of our plates were brought together. I got my appetizer, then my husband got his. My salad came, then my husband’s next course came. We ate our main dishes separately. I do understand that the concept was explained to me, yet we continued to dine; however, considering the amount of money spent here and my genuine explanation surrounding my dietary choices, I cannot understand why the restaurant couldn’t have been more understanding and accommodating. The waiter was very inattentive, almost as if he were offended that I would not break from my personal choices. I know I am not the only person to have dined here, we are not the only couple to have dined here that have expressed something like this. We definitely would not return or recommend Nobu.
The food and the service was outstanding! The black cod was my favorite and we loved the sushi! The only shocker was the price of the drinks - $23 for a Grey Goose Cosmo
The Tempora King Crab was excellent. Service was ok. We ordered the Chilean Sea Bass first thing but the server never wrote it down so we just skipped it. I had made a reservation through Opentable for 5 but when we check in for some unknown reason the restaurant changed it to 4. So we were taken to the table which was Only set for 4 and had to go back to the waiting area until they reset the table.
We spent almost 3 hours enjoying the omakasa. Each dish was elegantly presented and tasted better than the last. Service was outstanding! Each item was explained with some “history “. A most awesome experience!
It was our best dinning experience so far . The quality of the food was amazing and prepared to perfection. Our server was very informative thus making our food selection an enjoyable one. Our food choices started off with the Miso Soup and then included the Kumamoto oysters, Veggie Miso HD, two orders of the Tuna Tacos,Avocado caviar Tacos,Tuna Miso Chips,Black Cod Miso,Lamb, Spicy Tuna HR,Shrimp & Veggie Tempura. We end our meal with the Miso Tart and the Whiskey Cappuccino. It was all worth it. What a wonderful experience.
The Mia Margarita is a must try if you like a spicy punch in your drink.
Definitely a must do again.
The food was amazing (little over priced for what you’re receiving), however I will be coming back purely for Vinnys talent behind the hibachi grill. I would pay any amount of money as long as he is present! Not to mention an unparalleled service duo provided by servers Thomas and Colombia. Thankyou all for an incredibly special evening, these three have soared above and beyond mastering there skills.
Best dining experience ever, would definitely recommend the Nobu experience, seven course meal, enjoyed every dish, specially the dessert, need to go back. Thank you everyone at the Nobu for the extraordinary experience.
