Food very good but very small portions at very high prices. If quantity is important, don’t eat here unless u have $5-600 to spend for two people .. If quality is priority one, this place will not disappoint
First of all the menu on Open Table is not up to date. Service was good. Food? Not so much. We had yellowtail jalapeño it was good. Also the Black Cod with miso it was ok. for me too sweet. We had the shrimp and lobster in spicy lemon sauce, well did not taste any acidity nor heat. Lettuce with no flavor (dressing) some garlic chips. Forgettable. Dessert the Bento box with flourless chocolate cake with matcha ice cream, it was ok.
Trash service, other than that food was good like expected.
Service was very good. Food was good. Black Cod excellent, Lamb Rack not a lot of taste. Desserts were delicious. Rough table beside us but it was handled by security and the waiter very well.
Overall very disappointed with Nobu. The quality of Nobu has definitely gone down over the years. We ordered the omakasi - other than the black cod everything else was mediocre at best. The service was subpar and everyone there seems to have an attitude. For the price, not worth it, I don’t bother giving bad reviews but this experience was so negative I felt I had to share it with my fellow foodies.
Don't open the menu. Mortgage your house for Omazake (chefs' choice), and you'll never look at food again the same.
I suffered through the wife taking detailed photos of every one of the 11 courses, but Google can't figure out how to use its native app as the image uploader, so here's a recent meme I've saved.
Should have been amazing. Expectation was high. Sorry but was not worth the money or time. It’s Vegas and my opinion won’t matter. They will always be busy with people waiting to get in
The best sushi experience you will ever have! We come here every single time we are in Vegas... love Nobu!
Sushi was good but rolls were small. Little food for the money.
We sat at the bar and started with drinks and apps. The sticky rice with tuna and the yellowtail with jalapenos were delicious. However, the unagi, snapper and yellowtail nigiri were subpar at best. The bartender, Marco R, was extremely rude. We mentioned to Marco R about our disappointment regarding the nigiri and he literally walked away from us in the middle of our sentence with zero acknowledge of our complaint. The behavior from this man was completely unacceptable. This was not our first Nobu experience in Las Vegas or around the Country but I will be quite hesitant to return to this location.
Everything was amazing. Eating sushi in our hometown will not compare ever again. If you haven’t been, it’s a must. We got the chefs selection. It was definitely worth every dollar.
Truly exceptional sushi! Beautifully done. My wife and I are gluten free and really love that the servers are knowledgeable and helpful. Yes, they have gluten-free soy sauce available there! Absolutely recommend.
Had a reservation for 8:30pm, wasn’t seated for 20 min plus I was 10 min early totally wait time 30min. I was okay until I realized that people who had earlier reservation was seated before us who was late did not sit well with me. If they are late they should be seated after me why did I have to wait longer? Because other people mistake, we all have to pay the same price for experience and food. I am in customer service so I understand that an extra 5 to 10 min wait is normal but to let others who was late to their time left a bad taste in my mouth. Luckily I got an awesome associate that made me feel happy with my experience or else I would leave a one.
Great experience. Food is amazing and outstanding service.
Our first time at Nobu and first time staying at Ceasars. We had a wonderful dining experience. Our waiter was very attentive and made excellent recommendations. We ordered 4 hot dishes, 3 cold dishes, and a few other items. The food and drinks were delicious. The beef tenderloin dish was amazing! I’m not going to lie, dinner for 4 was VERY expensive but I’m glad we experienced it.
Nobu is an extra special place. It is definitely on the more expensive side but this is Las Vegas after all and it is definitely worth every penny. Food, wine and service were great and we plan on returning on our next visit to Vegas.
Pricey but well worth it! Yellowtail sashimi with Jalapeno and the Yellowtail sashimi roll is FIRE!!!!
The food was definitely good, not the best Sushi I have had but great nonetheless. But the service right from the hostess to the waiting staff was just horrible. The hostesses were very unprofessional and were giving false information on the waiting time and making people with reservations like us wait for up to 15 mins in the lobby even though there were tables available. Our waiter was almost rude, took no effort to explain the menu and was overall very unpleasant. They were extremely busy that night so the wait for the food was expected and acceptable.
Overall, complete disappointed and for sure never visit again and will highly discourage others not to.
Amazing food, ambiance, and experience as usual! Highly suggest Omakase, let them direct you! Be warned, it might ruin sushi and sashimi anywhere else you go. It’s on another plane of existence!
This was our first time dining at Nobu and we opted for the Omakase, the Chefs tasting menu. On our server, Amber's advice, we opted for the premium experience which came with some off the menu selections from the chef. Everything was absolutely amazing, our dinner included the following items yellow tail with jalepenos, salmon belly, spinach and shrimp salad, ren snapper with dry miso, the Junmai, black cod miso, king crab amazi and the tender loin yuzu. We stopped after this course but had the option to continue with sushi and desert, but we just didnt have the room for it. We will be back to try it again on our next trip to town.
Nobu is my absolutely the favorite restaurant in the world but only the Vegas location. Scottsdale Phoenix has not been the same at all... bad service and management. Vegas location is #1 in quality and freshness. It’s just expensive
The portions were absolutely ridiculous for the price. It’s not even about the capital, but the principle of the fact. Smallest tacos I’ve ever seen. The steak and rice was good.
Nobu is arguably one of the best restaurants in Vegas
Everything was great except for the our server. She was not attentive at all.
This was our 2nd visit to Nobu and it never disappoints. Whatever you do, order the yellowtail jalapeno.
Food was average Service average
We hv ate there Many times but this time it was off the mark
Probley wil not return !!
We are on our honeymoon
I had a reservation at 8:00pm for my fiancée’s bday making a notation on open table what we were celebrating. When we arrived the hostess said our table was being cleared and we would be seated shortly. After 30 minutes I checked again and she said the were waiting for the table to leAve. 45 min after my 8:00pm reservation she asked the manager to come over and comp drinks. Manager never made it over. We were seated an hour after my 8:00pm reservation. This is extremely overpriced sushi. Many other quality sushi places in the Las Vegas area. We are Caesars Diamond members and this is the 1st time we’ve had such poor service and not up to par food.
Phenomenal service. Very well trained. Teamwork is the best way to describe. Considering it's in the desert , the fish is good
First time there. Was not expecting that type of Japanese restaurant. Was very interesting place. 17 page menu is a bit overkill though.
What an amazing dining experience. The service outstanding. The suggestions for our dining experiences provided for one of the most wonderful dining experiences ever. Even duringCOVId this place expectations. The Lobster tacos should be illegal they are so good.
The food was exquisite and the service was fantastic. Prices are quite reasonable. I would have given the ambience 5 stars as well, but I did not really care for the location of the table where we were seated for our special occasion.
We made a reservation but had to wait 40 minutes before we were seated. We didn't get any apologies/acknowledgement for having to wait so long. We also had to wait a long time for some food items to arrive with no advance warning that we would have to wait over an hour for them to arrive. While service wasn't great at all, food was pretty amazing!
Whenever I am in Vegas I go to Nobu. I can go there 5 nights in a row. Food is light and delicious, the staff are just wonderful. Never disappointed..
I felt like it just wasn't worth it. With COVID, it looked like they were understaffed. A bunch of people waiting in front, food was ooookay and walked out with a $500 bill. Might be worth trying somewhere else in Vegas.
Great all around!
My party and I allowed the server and the chef to present dishes that were tailored to our food preferences and budget. Every dish was sophisticated balanced with complex flavors and textures that enhance the natural flavors of the protein. I would highly recommend every party to trust their servers and the chef to decide on their dishes for the night. They would not be disappointed!
Great food & service
Amazing place, it’s simply delicious
Ambience was fantastic but the food and drinks were underwhelming (especially drinks) for the price. Excellent service all around.
