Amazing as always
Food was amazing, value for money good for Vegas, service outstanding, and ambiance to match.
In all honesty it felt like I was at a fast food restaurant poor skills on behalf of the staff for clearing the table it was hard to get the waiter to come back to the table
Scott was amazing - food was spectacular!
Gran lugar , la comida excelente
Amazing food, people! Staff is more than knowledgeable about the menu. A must go to dinner in Las Vegas.
The $$$ was worth it...everything we ordered from the oysters, miso cod and sushi is to die for. No I sake sampler was a nice touch to the meal. Waiter was very nice and gave us some really recommendations. Definitely coming back for more.
Portions were extremely small and extremely expensive - we spent over $100 for two people and left and went and ordered a pizza :(
Loved our experience at Nobu! Best dining experience in Vegas!
It was my girlfriends birthday and also her first time to nobu. Our server was so short with us and didn’t not at least try to make the night special or welcoming for her. Sad because I love nobu. Now she has a bad taste in her mouth from this place.
Nobu is fantastic! The food is top notch and the service is excellent as well. We did the omakase tasting menu, and it was an awesome variety of flavors. It was the best meal of the week by far.
Amazing server, amazing food.
Ninjas, Outstanding service all around. Our first night was so wonderful, we had to go another. Billy was our server both nights, for my husband and I. We let Billy pick and his selections. Oh my so tasty,Refreshing. A wonderful experience. We miss it already.
Waiters were super friendly and new everything there was to know about the menu! Super delicious as well!!
Wedding dinner
Food tasted great and presented well. Atmosphere hip and trendy. Only thing holding me back from giving it 5 stars is we thought the food was overpriced.
Great food, worth every bite!!!
I will have to say it is because it is a restaurant in Caesar’s. I am a Michelin Star follower and I can say the food was amazing however the price was way higher than the quality of the food. Don’t get me wrong it was fabulous however I could a had two five course dinners at Hämmerle´s Restaurant in Saarland Germany with a wine pairing for what we paid at Nobu. I would suggest Hell’s Kitchen over Nobu for price.
Great meal with flavorful and fresh fish, knowledgeable and friendly waiter. Excellent selection of Japanese whiskys. Well worth all the acclaim
Not as expected, service was not at the level of the restaurant, portions are so small for the price.
The food at Nobu does not disappoint. We had all the hits - the miso black cod; yellowtail; uni shooters - and all were memorable. The waitstaff was all outstanding as well - attentive without being overbearing, helpful and friendly. Two things disappointed: the front of house staff, and the ambiance. Front of house were rude and uncommunicative, made us feel like cattle. The ambiance was fine, but nothing special. Overall, it’s a very expensive meal and there are much better values in Vegas.
Quite the dining experience. Nobu delivered on every level. Superb service, excellent presentations , dinner selections were some of the best plates I have experienced and tasted. Overall. Nobu exceeded every exoectatiin and I had 5 star on my mind.
Manager needs help with his people skills. Otherwise, food outstanding. Great atmosphere. Don’t even look at the prices, doesn’t matter.
Amazing dinner and experience. Did the chef’s tasting menu and it was a dream.
Excellent food. Great tenderloin and edamame
Spent $1,000 on once again the BEST sushi dinner in a long time :-) the best of the best truth be told,... will be back again in a few months!!! A+ all the way around :-)
Nobu is my favorite place to eat. Love Newport Beach and Las Vegas the most.
The tasting menu was sublime. Server explained the menu well and her suggestions were on point.
Food was underwhelming for the price. Not impressed.
We did the tasting menu and it was wonderful! So much good food!
Delicious!
Great food and service. Come at least once a month. Recommended highly.
Nobu the best tasting sushi I’ve ever had. You don’t go to Nobu for the “value” as it’s a tasting menu. If you never had Wagyu I recommend you get it while dining here.
#christmas2020 merry Christmas Eve!
Unfortunately I cannot recommend Nobu. It is overhyped. The food is fine; fish for sushi was flesh, and the meat dishes were high quality as well. However, that is expected for the price. What I was really disappointed was service/ambiance. Again, for the price I was expecting more intimate experience, i.e. the servers assigned to very small number of tables and able to accommodate customers requests. However, it appeared they have no control of when/what order the food comes out. As simple as "please bring miso soup with the meal" ended up cancelling it because it had never came when we were almost done with the meal. There were a lot of chaos in the dinning room, and my impression was that the restaurant was run as though it was a moderately priced restaurant. Overall, it is not worth the price. There are plenty of other excellent Japanese restaurants in Vegas.
Best food I’ve ever eaten with reasonable pricing.
Food was ok, portions were small and quite expensive for the value. Enjoyed 4 out of the six course meal...
The waiter was rude and he threw the scanning menu at us and did not check up on us. The food ok was but it was ruined by the waiter.
Aniversario
The food was very good with excellent ingredients. We will definitely go back.
