I don't understand why this place has so many good reviews. As some of the posters have already mentioned, don't waste your time or money.

I knew this probably wasn't going to work out well when the completely frazzled lady behind the bar then did double leave duty to be our waitress. To be fair, she was a very nice lady, just slammed by the disorganized manner of the restaurant. She said, "all our steaks are wet-aged because the chef prefers them that way so he can put a good char on them." I'm thinking, yeah, because they're cheaper.

The steak cane our completely overcooked and I sent it back. The next one came out completely cold red in the middle but, just like the other one, burnt to a crisp on the outside. It was sent back. They tried a third time but it was still the same, cold red in the middle, burnt outside. How hard is it to cook a medium rare steak? Eventually I told them to forget it and I went without a meal.

The other dish, fish, was drowned on a buttery sauce and, like the first steak, overcooked.

The decor is old and tired but perhaps that is part of the charm for some.

I thought at the very least they'd apologize and offer the main courses at their expense. Initially I refused to pay for the entrees but they said it was my fault for not knowing what a medium rare steak is supposed to be and reluctantly agreed to comp the steak. How kind! They decided to not charge for me for something I didn't have.

Went to Noble Fare for dinner with my wife and friends. My friends and I had the filet and my wife had the diver scallops, all of which were cooked to perfection by Chef Patrick. After a wonderful meal we had dessert and after dinner drinks. Our regular server, Stephanie, helped everyone make the perfect selection for wine and after dinner drinks. Another perfect evening at Noble Fare, thanks to Jenny, Patrick and Stephanie.

We had a great valentines dinner at NobleFare! They had a very good menu. We enjoyed the food and drinks, cocktails that we had were very well priced. Overall: great experience.

It was Valentine's Day and both the local cab company and Uber let us down, so we arrived 15 minutes late for our reservation on a busy night. The restaurant couldn't have been nicer about it, and what could have been a problematic evening wasn't.

The braised short ribs lacked flavor but the duck was good. And the creme brûlée and decaf coffee were amazing. Very attentive and pleasant staff. Overall it was a decent place for a special dinner for two.

Delightful
Expertly prepared dishes. Lovely quiet atmosphere. Notable service. The scallops were the best I have ever eaten. The timing of everything was perfect. Not rushed or slow. I will dine here again and recommend Noble Fare to all my friends.

Besides the know it all of politics at the other table made sure everyone heard him the restaurant was excellent wonderful food and a very cool waiter

Visited during restaurant week with my son, his lady friend and another couple. All were impressed. We live in the neighborhood and we will be back regularly.
