Sustainable Sources & Superior Quality

We at No Coast Sushi value our resources and environment by purchasing our fish from fish purveyors who pledge to only fish in season, in stream fish without nets. We also purchase some fish, such as Yellowtail, from sustainable farms to help protect them as they are currently being overfished.
We fly our fish in from Honolulu Hawaii three times a week.

Our kitchen also gets deliveries of organic and/or hormone antibiotic free meats two times a week. We also purchase some locally grown produce when in season and continue to pledge to buy more each year.
We make 99% of all of our items in house including our sauces and drink mixes.
We care about our food, it"s quality, presentation and your enjoyment.
Our restaurant is urban modern with an active up-beat vibe.

Eric and I have been going to No Coast since the opening day. We have just seen some things go down since this last year. Serving portions are smaller. The other night it was 9 pm when we were seated and I had to go up to our server to have him take our order. They were mopping around our table, which was gross. They were loud in the kitchen with loud music as if customers weren't there. Just disappointed.

Incomplete settings. Served food but no utensils. Table missing basics ie: dish for soy sauce no ginger or wasabi. Serving of fish was extremely small.

First time here and the sushi was great. Fish is very fresh and the food quality matches up to the best in Denver. Very impressive. Service was excellent also.

We arrived earlier than our party, and the server did not acknowledge us for 15 minutes. I ordered seared tuna, which I've had before - a good size serving for $18 - and I received a small tuna "rose" in the center of my plate for $27! Terrible value! My husband ordered the Poison Ivy Specialty roll, which used to be noticeably larger than a regular, say, California roll. The roll was very small for $17. Again, terrible value! We have been dining at No Coast for years, but I don't think we'll be back.

No Coast is always delicious! Sometimes can get a little crowded and loud, a bit pricey in my opinion but we always end up here for special occasions.

It was our first time dining at this particular sushi restaurant. The food was outstanding, but the service left something to be desired... which was very disappointing considering our dinner came with a $138 price tag (my husband had 2 local beers, and I had one mixed drink and one cider). We never received our "complementary" miso soup although having it offered once, and asking for it twice. It was also hard to get our server's attention to order another roll, or another drink. We will go back for the food, but maybe not as much as we would if the service was better.

We had a wonderful family dinner there last Saturday night. We made a reservation and they had our table ready right away. It was perfect as they set us right in front of a large fish tank, which our two year found fascinating! Although it was extremely busy and therefore a little slow, the pace of the courses worked out well since we were eating a lot. Our server was friendly, yet to the point which I appreciate. He checked in often and was responsive to our requests. They comped our Sake on their own accord due to the delay, which was a thoughtful gesture and we weren't even upset. It was an excellent evening for the three of us.
