My friend and I love to go here when we meet for lunch. The servers are great (Today we had Tony and he took very good care of us.), the menu is interesting and the food is delicious. It’s a lively, friendly and fun place to enjoy lunch!
Three of us met to catch up after several years of living far apart. We spend about 3 hours at the cafe eating lunch and chatting. The staff did not hurry us and we had a lovely lunch. All three of us opted for the soup and sandwich combination. All was yummy. Two of us also had the Dogfish Blood Ale and it was tasty too if you like a citrus beer. Cudos to NM cafe for helping us to have a lovely and memorable afternoon!
My husband and I are regulars at the NM Café at Tysons Corner. The food is always delicious, and the staff is wonderful. They always take great care of us. It is our "go to" place when we need a relaxing, somewhat pampered sit-down lunch. We have had a bit of a rocky start to 2018, and the NM Café has been a little refuge in our hectic, sometimes troublesome, schedules. Looking forward to our next visit!
When I shop at Neiman Marcus I always like stopping in the restaurant for lunch, coffee or a snack. Wonderful friendly staff, great service and delicious food. I just love dining there. In fact, I have been enjoying lunch at the NM Cafe for at least 26 years and it never disappoints me.
Enjoyed stopping by again. I’m a frequent customer here.
We always enjoy having lunch at The Neiman Marcus Cafe and never tire of it. Everything is always good and fresh. The soup options normally taste better than I make at home. The service is beyond excellent. Their staff are so friendly and always make time to be greet us, give good suggestions and give quick service. The monkey bread with strawberry butter is a staple that is delivered as soon as you sit down. We usually split a soup, salad or sandwich the portions are so generous. After all of these years, we almost feel like family!
We will definitely return as often as possible (we do not live nearby) and would recommend The NM Cafe to our friends.
Always delicious and a fun spot for lunch with a girlfriend.
The Cafe is a nice end to a day of retail therapy or a girl’s day out ... The food was tasty and the service was great ...
Nice place to meet a friend for lunch. It's small and good for quiet conversation. The service was good and very prompt. Salads are terrific...and quite large!
Wonderful as always!
The Neiman cafe is always fresh and delicious. My friend's lemon shrimp salad was healthy, the shrimp were large and fresh. My lump crab cobb salad was also excellent. Just the right proportions of all the toppings, but exceptionally generous on the crab. Not cheap - each salad is about $25...but then you get what you pay for!
Entire team is consistently accommodating and kind. We have a 1 y/o and 4 y/o. Food is great. Worth your time !
Excellent food friendly and very professional staff
Very nice lunch. Seated quickly. Hostess very helpful.
Never disappointed ....quiet elegance, excellent service, and truly beautifully prepared menu options. It is an enjoyable part of the shopping experience!
As good as always
Never disappointed! Beginning with the welcoming hostess; the friendly and efficient staff; a creative menu; atmosphere with low noise level good for conversation; we always look forward to the next visit to the N-M Cafe.
The lunch time during weekend is crowded. The space is not so big during the peak hours. The service is half decent. The monkey bread is different than the other NM cafe. The other NM cafe has the bigger, fluffier, and more egg monkey bread. But here their monkey bread is pure bread.
A pleasant surprise. Met a friend for lunch to catch up and this was the perfect venue. We both had salads that were first rate. Service was excellent. Would recommend this for a lighter lunch.
The hostess is absolutely the best! She always greets us with a smile, is friendly, and is professional yet warm.
The wait staff is attentive and the menu is exceptional.
All of the above keeps us as regular customers . Thank you!
My husband and I enjoy lunch at the Neiman Marcus Café regularly on the weekends, and I stop in during the week periodically for lunch or maybe just a cup of soup and tea at the bar top area. The staff members are wonderful and all know us and treat us like family. The food is always delicious, and the atmosphere is lovely and usually perfect for quiet conversation or reading (unless there is a big event in the store, then it is a bit more upbeat and provides fun people-watching). It can be a bit on the pricey side (it is Neiman Marcus, after all) , but NM Café provides a lovely little respite from the usual lunch suspects, and always feels like a treat.
My friends and I love the NM Cafe. It's cheerful, warm and inviting. Tony was our server most recently. He is great - funny, attentive and sweet. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming. Food is always delicious.
It’s food is above the average. But not super good. The lobster ravioli is bit of dry, and only has little hint of lobster scent from the sauce. Other than tha, it was good. The lobster salad has the whole tail, mixed with other ingredients, looks delicious. I would more like the egg puffy bread than the monkey bread. (Not served in this location but I had before from other NM cafe.) The butter cream was very tasty, and I like the monkey was hot. The service is very nice. However the space is quite tight. Wish they have larger room so it would be more relaxed.
Small place with a very limited menu. I was under the impression that all NM have the same menus and the ambiance.
I am very happy with the one that we have here in Fashion Island, Newport Beach.
As a long time Neiman's customer who hadn't been to this particular cafe, I was terribly disappointed.
I recall the days of elegant settings, lovely ambience, Neiman's famous popovers...I used to take people to the restaurants in Dallas, Westchester,NY and others locations for a birthday or special lunch. At that time, I had no problem sing $65-$70 (with tip) for a lunch (n wine) but I was really disappointed. I will not go back to this one (Tyson's Corner). May has well have gone to the Silver Diner.
We had a 3-person get-to-know you meeting with a new collaborator on a year-long project. The venue and meal provided a classy way to meet and share information with our soon-to-be best friend. The food was delicious and delightful and the service was as always excellent. [I continue to think that the orange souffle should be identified as a chicken salad dish. It has both but the chicken salad is the drawing card!]
As usual, everything was delicious! I didn't care for the soft taco flavor but the shrimp filling was delicious! The lentil soup was even better than usual. Had a wonderful flavor. The tomato bisque was also very good. The spiced tea was okay. I have had better.
Their staff are so wonderful! They always take such good care of us. Just love eating there!
We order the most expensive salad, $29 and was disappointed we only received 2 shrimp. We expected to have a little more shrimp in our salad spending almost $30
Excellent food choices for lunch! Wonderful dining experience!
The food and the service here was just excellent. Lovely place for ladies to lunch before or after some shopping. Have already recommended the Cafe to friends.
Happy to See NM Cafe on Open Table! We have been dining there for lunch for many years now...whenever we are at the Galleria. The Service is above highest standards, friendly, attentive and quick. We know most of the Servers by name and we are treated like family. Love this Cafe! Homemade soups, salads and desserts are delicious. (Danielle's at the Galleria provides their cakes now.) If Reuben Sandwiches are on the menu, try them out. Best we've ever had, tender and lean! Anything with shrimp is also very good. Of course the Monkey Bread with Strawberry Butter is always ready for you when you arrive. We usually do not get their full meals (too much food for shopping afterwards) but what we have had was as good as everything else.
We have never been disappointed with their food. We would recommend The NM Cafe to everyone! Unfortunately, we live about 40 miles away.
Lovely. Delicious food, excellent service. I had a salad with crabmeat which was artfully presented and delicious.. The Mackenzie Child salt and pepper shakers, so cute.
The NM Cafe is a lovely oasis for foot weary shoppers at Tysons Galleria. Excellent food choices, great service, relatively quiet atmosphere. Only problem...it is small, so make reservations or go during less popular dining hours. It was perfect for a small girlfriends get together.
Service is always fantastic as we have come 2 -3x a month
Although I made an open table reservation, the restaurant had no record of it.
Relatively small unassuming little cafe with fantastic, that's right, fantastic entrees. I am basing my opinion on the salmon, corn and asparagus entre. Wonderful. Great change of pace from my usual chop houses, steak joints and diners. Great take.
It was closed. Apparently, Opentable lets you make reservation even when the restaurant is closed for Easter.
it is my favorite restaurant to meet clients, business colleagues and girl friends.
the food is always very yummy and your Staff so welcoming, attentive, and their pace of service - 2nd to none.
keep up the great service.
As always a great meal. The seafood stew was amazing! Along with the blackened salmon tacos! Pure enjoyoment
My girlfriend and I celebrated my birthday @ NM Café. I highly recommend Danielle's strawberry cake for dessert which was divine!
