Fabulous childrens menu.
Cannot leave without dessert and coffee because they are both so good.

I've been saying for years this is the best restaurant for lunch anywhere near the Natick Mall or Route 9. After this last visit I'm now adding this is probably the best NM restaurant outside of the mothership in Dallas.

The food, as always, is remarkably consistent and prepared exactly as you ask. The menu options are more than adequate despite it being a single page, and the mix of wines and cocktails are great.

What makes this place stand out is the service. From Hans the GM, to Audi and Andrea on the wait staff, you could not be in better hands.

Whether you're there for a quiet lunch with your significant other or taking the kids out for a special treat (we were the latter), you are in wonderfully capable and kind hands.

Can't wait to go back, it's always such a treat.

I had made a reservation for Valentines Day for my niece and me. I had intimated in my reservation that I am a vegetarian. Emailed Hans about it and also called and told them two days prior.
Our waitress was completely unaware and served me “Chicken Broth”
We ordered Cappuccino which came cold and diluted. Then a different waitress made it and it was ok.
They did not charge us for the Cappuccino “ But That Is Not The Point” Please do not have something on your menu that you are not trained to make.
I had to ask our waitress three times for Orange Juice?
The Zucchini Cannelloni had cheese that was stringy and hard.
Overall the food was not up to the mark.
Disappointed and would not recommend.

I met a girlfriend here for lunch on her suggestion. I had no idea this little gem even existed! The food was great and they have healthy choices as well. Solid wine list and a full bar option. The restaurant was quiet so we could hear each other and we did not feel rushed despite the fact that we were there for two hours. I would definitely go back.

A nice option for lunch when shopping in Natick Mall. The salads are great. Be sure to have the choc chip cookies. Probably not a good option if you want a super quick lunch and are in a big hurry. Hans is the best!

This is an outstanding cafe! They bring you a tiny cup of chicken broth and a freshly made warm popover with strawberry butter before your meal arrives! I had the veggie roll up which was delicious and my friend had the apple and brie sandwich which she loved. I also had the best latte! The waitress, Elizabeth, was outstanding also. She was friendlly, prompt, attentive, and sweet! The hostess was very nice too. This is a great place for a girlfriend lunch. I will be back!

PS. The chocolate chip cookies were awesome. We got those as a first time customer.

Usually five stars for me but today the service and food were off. Wait staff was a little absent minded, food was not as I remembered. Have been having the chicken melt for years, thought it was chicken breast, don't remember it being deli slices. Just seemed a little tired and uninspired this visit.

Hans was wonderful as our waiter and took good care of us. We were brought demi tasse cups full of warm chicken broth to start along with popovers and strawberry all were delicious. My friend had the shrimp and kale salad and said it was excellent, I had the fish tacos which were also good and filling as they are beer battered. Great service, fun atmosphere and really good food.

Excellent experience at the Neiman Marcus café located at Natick Mall. My waiter was very attentive and kind. He was mindful to get my food prepared quickly for me as I informed him that I had time constraints . The food was excellent and waitstaff very nice! Truly a hidden gem!

Oasis of Deliciousness at the Natick Mall. My friend and I had an outstanding lunch at NM. Greeted by their very gracious host Hans, and warmly welcomed by our server. The atmosphere is lovely and modern, with soft purples and white decor. Our shrimp and quinoa salads were delicious: an exquisite citrus dressing, avocado and grapefruit rounding out the salad. We had iced tea, which came with an amuse bouche consisting of a tiny espresso cup containing a refreshing broth.
The popovers are amazing, served with a strawberry butter.

To top off this special lunch, cappuccinos and we shared the Valrhona milk chocolate cake. To die for; the best dessert I've had in a long time with plenty to share.

This is the best meal I've ever eaten in the Natick Mall, bar none. A hidden gem. My only slight complaint, the meal will cost you about a Benjamin, if you had what we had, including tip. If it was a little less pricey I would eat here more often but in any case, it was a special treat. Competes fine with anything in Boston.

So special, pretty, delicious..all with impeccable service. This is one of my favorite spots as the food is so healthy and scrumptious with a creative menu. The service is 5 star. I only wish it was open in the evening as I would be there all the time! A MUST try! The café reminds me of a beautiful jewel box. Champagne selection is remarkable.

Came in to celebrate a birthday with my family and were treated royally. Everything was delicious, as always, but what makes this special is the service. We didn't have to tell anyone about the birthday, it was on the reservation, and they knew to bring the cake (full, delicious cake) to the right person. Was such a nice touch, will be back again and again. Thanks everyone!

This was fun-a little hidden spot at the back of the store.
The popovers were good and the waitress was very sweet but never gave us a chance to order dessert and never brought my coffee. I'd try it again at some point, though, as it was convenient, the salads were fresh and tasty and it wasn't crowded.

My visit today was my second because the first was sublime.

After being greeted and seated promptly and efficiently, we were lucky enough both times to get Susan as our server. She's attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. She really sets the bar for all servers everywhere very high. She never oversells, but she describes the food beautifully, checks in frequently, but not too often, and simply exudes warmth and confident. We were thrilled when we saw that she would be our server today. She's really an asset to the restaurant and the experience you'll have there with her.

As for the menu, it has quite a large variety of soup, salads, sandwiches, and entrees. I ordered the Lenox salad, and it was ample, fresh, and well-tossed. It lived up to its colorful description. My husband ordered the triple cheese sandwich with soup....suffice it to say it's the antithesis of Wonder Bread and Kraft Singles. Trust me, nothing on this menu is ordinary or bland...even a simple classic is done up right.

For dessert, we split a banana split creme brulee--Susan's recommendation--which is too big for one person to eat, and it's decadent without being too heavy. And of course, every bite was scrumptious.

And you've got to have a popover. Forget cutting carbs and indulge! You won't regret it.

I'm not surprised that lunch both times was such a memorable experience. I'll definitely be back, and I've already recommended it to several people. Yes...lunch at Neiman-Marcus.

We're "regulars" at this restaurant because the food is delicious and we just adore the staff there -- everyone is so kind and gracious! When our daughter had a choice of any restaurant for her birthday celebration (she is 8) she chose Neiman Marcus because she loves the food and her friends are there. If you haven't gone, you definitely should -- this is an amazing restaurant!

The popovers are a fan favorite! Entrée options are plentiful, and each one better than the next. A great place to dine while you are in the Natick Mall.

This NM restaurant is consistently good, just like every NM restaurant.

Not sure if they have had a significant change in wait staff or not, but found our server to be a little awkward/nervous and it did take a little away from the enjoyment of the lunch.

Overall would definitely recommend and if you're looking for a quiet, upscale lunch in Natick/Framingham, this is the best bet.

Our experience got off to a poor start: we made reservations for a day and time when they had only a set menu, but this was not disclosed at the time of reservation or the time of check-in, so by the time we found out when the waitress came to take our order, we felt like it would be rude to leave. So we ended up paying $25/person for mediocre pancakes, over cooked bacon and a semi-stale pastry basket. Very disappointed.

I had never been to the NM Café before. Very nice set-up, small but modern comfort. The waiter and waitress who attended to us was vey pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive but not overbearing. My wife and I had the tuna pecan sandwich and my son had a Panini. Everyone said their food was very good. Meals came with small cup of fruit and homemade chips or salad greens. Over-all very nice. I almost forgot, the pop-overs were excellent (I had 2) and they gave you a sampler taste of chicken broth. Would definitely return.
