Hadn't been here in 3 or 4 years. Still remembered the Old Fashioned with mulled fruit and a tempting menu. Each one in our party of four had a dish they thought was the best at the table - satisfying flavors, great drinks, a cozy booth, and pleasant waitstaff. Must come here more often!

Table (booth) was ready on time. Rather unusual menu left with us to take plenty of time to decide - interesting cocktails while we talked and made our decisions. Small menu but great variety of basically Provencale dishes, moules, buoillabaisse, etc. some plates larger than expected, others OK - all quite filling. Small selection of French, Italian wines - OK. Coffee OK, desserts looked fine but we were full. Good service.

A wonderful discovery for us--convenient, not too crowded (we were on the early side), easy parking. Everything we tried was great-- the Salad Delice Aux Cerises with "baby spinach, michigan cherries, toasted walnuts & chevre with cassis vinaigrette," served two. Two of our party of four had the Poulet Fermier Roti Feu De Bois and declared it delicious. I had the Pasta Au Muscles Du Fra Diable, "spaghetti with mussels, spicy pomidoro sauce & fresh basil; served with garlic bruschette, " which I loved. There was enough to take home extras. We were too full to order dessert, but they sounded wonderful, too.

The anchovy- dressed salad was amazing as was the Moules Provençal with aioli and frites. Attentive waitress, relaxed vibe but still classy, a neighborhood gem! Wine options limited but ok.

We've been coming here for years and talked our friends in Napa into coming down to have a great red wine dinner. The food was not bold as it has always been, and the waiter was noticed by everyone at our table as inattentive and dismissive. For example, he came by, asked how the food was, and as I turned to tell him he was walking away. We won't be back, very sorry to say.

Every dish is carefully designed and executed. Starting with the best French Onion Soup I've ever tasted, followed by one of the best Bouillabaisse, the entire experience was exceptional.

Neighborhood bistro. Casual ambience. Elegant food. Wonderful fire roasted half chicken, steak frites, and pizza's. Superb salads. Consistently good. Good full bar. Excellent French and Italian wine list. What more can you want?

This used to be a nice friendle neighborhood gem. It's become shabby and careless. The food is okay, the wines are boring. For those who like cocktails there is a full bar, and I hear the mussels are still good. But it just seemed dreary. My Niçoise salad was okay but my friends Lyonnaise had two pieces of frisée and was drowning in dressing. The flat bread is unique but ours was burned and served without apology by our rather surly waiter. With Rendezvous right around the corner I won't go back unless for a quiet drink.

A few dishes were good, but overall the food was nothing special or just okay. The restaurant was not even half full on a Saturday night when everywhere else was packed. We made a reservation, but we didn't need to. Regardless, they sat us right next to the waiter staff station with only a view of their prep area. The service was efficient, but not at all warm or friendly. Price isn't usually a big concern for us, but this was one time when the meal and the overall experience were not worth the prices. It feels like no one is trying. But, we'll try harder next time to find somewhere else.

We really like this restaurant. Seating is never that comfortable, but we like the neighborhood feel. Cocktails are usually quite nice. We were a party of five originally to be seated in a booth that is just comfortable for four, they added a chair at end of the table at our request but the fifth person would have been half way in to the narrow aisle leading to/ from the busy kitchen...We moved to a front window space in front near door which could be prime real estate!... the owner said the cold air from people coming and going on this very stormy night might bother us. Actually, the problem was the very heavy self-closing door...it would not close because the hardware is not working...so it stayed open blowing over us most of the night. We took dozens of turns getting up, asking people coming in to close the door, and some other diners started helping us...wait staff tried to keep door shut....kind of irritating knowing it is just a matter of maintenance. it is a very cozy room, the owner was right there, never looked back!...ruined it for me..burger was good, great fries, nice wine.....our umbrella got taken. oh well.

We had an egg dish with sausage and potatoes. It was delicious, as was the bread served with it. And they make good coffee served with a nice white cup, and plenty of refills.

Four stars because it was cold, and the booth is uncomfortable. They need to have some heat and some padding and all will be well.

We were a party of 4. I had been there about 2 years ago and had great food and service. We were all disappointed with our food. Pasta was gloppy, tuna salad was supposed to have seared tuna and it was some marinated mess. French onion soup was too hot for too long. Mussel dish had a really thick tomatoes sauce. Waiter did not know menu, said he had to bring starters and main all at the same time, never checked on us, even forgot to bill us for a second bottle of wine, didn't clear dishes. Disappointing experience.
