Fish had bones in it
Burger was very over cooked (asked for medium rare and it was well done)
Steak was cold
The food and the service were great, the noise level was annoying, I could not hear the other person talk very well, that is not my idea of a relaxing dinner.
Very small portions for a big price! Would not go back!
We met up with some friends for dinner and had a delicious dinner. This is our favorite Sushi bar as the food and service are always outstanding!!! Has the Spider roll which was slightly Spicy due to the sauce, unique , but delicious in a good way. My fiancée has the Nitrogen Roll and also loved it.
From the wait staff to the presentation and quality of the food, outstanding every time and our friends also loved their choices.
Though 45 minutes North of us, well worth the money and trip.
We’ll be back on 5/8 for my birthday dinner!
A little gem! First time there but definitely will be back. Very fresh sushi and fantastic burgers.
Dinner was good just very pricey for what you get
Sushi was excellent. New aged beef offering was disappointing. Priced at a level slightly below a quality steak house, the meat was tough. Would go again but stay away from the beef.
Our first time here, this is a great little hideaway and the sushi was so fresh. Our sushi Chef Justin was great! We will be back and next time we want to try the aged beef.
Great food..... They need more servers and need to bring all drinks to table at once not one person's and 10 mins later the others. Same with food.
The food was great, but once the place started to get busy, the only waitress had a hard time to keep up with all the tables. It was a nice place to kick back with some friends to try some unique dishes.
Great restaurant! Have been there a few times, and look forward to returning!
It was a great Valentines Day dinner! Staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was fantastic!
Made a last minute Valentine Day reservation. Only had a short time frame. Staff was more than accommodating. Sat at the sushi bar, great sushi, will.be back!!
My husband and I went on Valentine's Day for our 3rd trip to Nitrogen. I was more impressed on my first 2 visits, when we found the food fresh and amazing. Valentines Day the service was slow (our server did come to apologize a couple of times mentioning that the kitchen was backed up even though there were only 10 tables with guests) and the food was not up to par - our fish and chips (a usual favorite) were not hot from the fryer and were a bit soggy. We will try it one more time to see if this was just an anomaly.
We usually love the duck pot stickers - you get 5 for $10, the creative Seafood and chips which is a mix of fried shrimp and mahi mahi sticks with 3 different kinds of potatoes, and the sushi rolls. In general the portion sizes are smaller than usual and a bit pricey. The restaurant is on the small size, maybe 15 tables with half of the space devoted to the bar which I've heard has great drinks (the bar menu is 6 pages whereas the food menu is one). I'm a wine drinker and can't comment on the mixed drinks. I like the atmosphere, very urban, dark exposed brick walls, crystal chandeliers that remind me of jelly fish (I love 'em!), and small tables. It is a bit pricey (we had 2 glasses of wine, one side order of roasted brussel sprouts, one appetizer of duck pot stickers, one seafood and chips, & one sushi roll which came to $95), but it's usually not crowded and you can get a good meal during season without reservations.
The table was dirty and glasses were dirty. Food was good but pricey.
The food, service and ambience were fantastic! It was our first time dining at Nitrogen but definitely not our last!
A great little spot in Jupiter!
A group of 6 of us went for New Year’s Eve. The waitress we had was very nice but New (2weeks on the job).
One person ordered a beer and they were out of it - he chose a second one and they were out of that. Then we ordered a bottle of wine and the were out of that and recommended another bottle which was more expensive.
One of the guests at our table never got her entree. She was told “it was given to another person”! After all of this I would have expected the manager or owner to come over and talk to us. Nothing! I felt bad for the waitress because these things mostly out of her control.
I am not a complainer but these issues warranted some comments.
A bit of false advertising in my opinion since this is NOT a nitrogen variable - they do not serve nitrogen frozen drinks. The sushi was very good.
Amazingly delicate sashimi. The spicy wahoo roll and nitrogen roll were so good it will be hard to order something different next time. Craft cocktails were spot on. They have a Coravin in house for high end wine selections. The hot food is just as good as the sushi. Don't miss the shaved Brussels sprout side. It may be the best Brussels sprout dish I've ever had. Can't wait to go back and try the things we missed.
First time at Nitrogen, had the sliders and some sushi, the food was excellent and it’s a nice little place, will definitely be back
The duck is to die for! Sushi was actually good for not being a Thai or Japanese restaurant.
Arrived at 7:00pm on a Friday night. The restaurant was about half filled. Very loud. The host sat us at a little two top. There were quite a few open 4 tops. I asked if we could have a 4 top or a banquette. The host said no because they get very busy. Service was OK. Waitress took our order. Then we sat for a very long time. She never brought our appetizer when we asked her she said she thought it was all for our main course. Food was good but service was very disorganized. Restaurant never filled up and all of the tables remained open. Host was very rude. I think he was the owner. Food was also very overpriced. Not returning.
Food was well prepared and a very tasty. The ambiance was upbeat. The dining room was half full. Service could have been more attentive.
Nitrogen is an odd restaurant, but in a good way. It sits in a strip mall and the window lighting outside is bright and cheesy looking. That being said when you enter, it looks unlike any traditional sushi bar you've ever been to. Interior is a comfortable well appointed bar and seating area with an open kitchen. Dimly lit romantic atmosphere with eclectic machine era decor. The menu is a creative mix of sushi and French/American fusion. We love the sushi pizza appetizer and the duck confit dumplings as well. The edamame is pretty special too! Sushi rolls are well prepared and a bit different than traditional offerings. Bottom line is it's a cool place for a good meal and a different vibe. We recommend it.
Edename and Vegetable Roll were excellent. Blue Crab roll was just Ok. Special e-toro shashimi was not worth a very high price. Service was prompt and friendly but waitress failed to make French Press coffee properly. For the price, I expected a better meal.
Their bar area is great. Although asked for a bacon old fashion and t was made with bacon powder?? Looked like it was curdled
Dining "area" is impersonal and cafeteria like. There's a TV in the dining area. Is this a sports bar or restaurant With the quality of food should be more like a restaurant. Anyways not great for dining. Good good though. Bar area is nice
We unfortunately can not recommend. It was empty when we got there. We ordered our meal and received our first item very quickly. We were immediately concerned with the taste and texture. We asked them to cancel the rest of our order as did not want to chance eating anything. They informed us that everything had been prepared already. About 5 minutes after ordering! The manager came over saying how highly rated they were. We eat a lot of sushi and know when it's fresh! Anyway they ended up only giving us 35% off full meal which we thought was absurd. Anyway. We won't be gng back !
We went using a Groupon and the good news is that there is no restriction so you can use it for Happy Hour. Food is pricey for what you get. The average roll is about $25 and the special price apps are extremely small, even for the $7 price but quite tasty. Fortunately we had a big late lunch so two apps and a specialty roll sufficed.
Absolutely our new favorite place in Palm Beach County!! We were so impressed with EVERYTHING about Nitrogen. They also had a fun whiskey list, which I loved! They had a speak-easy style bar tender, David, and a very fun waiter we named, Tim. The food was hands-down outstanding. It's a bit on the more expensive side, but it's WORTH it. It's an entire dining experience, you won't be disappointed, I promise.
Finally! My new go to Sushi Restaurant! Best sushi I've had in a long time! Everything about this place is good. Love the food, the cocktails, atmosphere, and great service. Maybe a little on the pricey side, but so worth it.
The food, drinks and service were outstanding! Nitrogen is my new favorite restaurant in Jupiter.
Found Nitrogen on OpenTable! What a great find! The sushi was superb and the service was wonderful! We met the owner and he was on top of everything making sure everyone was happy - which we were!!!
Highly recommend this location for Sushi!
The menu was a little different than online but still wide variety and great fresh ingredients. The small plate menu for happy hour was a great find. Nice selection of drinks, wine.
Nitrogen is a hidden gem in Jupiter! The owner was going for a speakeasy vibe...he got it. It was open almost a year before I found it! The food is as good as any restaurant in the area...if not better. Great craft cocktails and a nice selection of wine too! It's a must try.
What a surprise of a great Resturant in a shopping plaza. Our server Nick went above and bruin making us feel welcome, explained the menu item and specials and was attentative without being too much. The food was fresh and delicious. We'll be back!
The sushi was amazing as far ast taste and presentation. The service was impeccable, and the ambience was perfect. I can't wait to go back.
We were pleasantly surprised to arrive to happy hour specials and fabulous $5 martinis on a Wed evening! The food was delicious, fresh and beautifully plated. The service was perfect. I had been once before about 6 months ago and it was just as great back then.
Acoustics a really nice good way to noisy
