Wonderful place to eat for special occasion. The waiter was so helpful and friendly. We had a table of four and it was enjoyable and great food
Went to Nino's to celebrate my husband's birthday! Wonderful food and wine! Our waiter was wonderful too! Can't wait to go back.
Always a pleasure. We come frequently and are always treated as special guests.
In Atlanta overnight catching an early flight. Had eaten at Nino's in the late 80's decided to try it again 30 yrs later. Food was as remembered, authentic and freshly prepared. All enjoyed their dishes from the savory cream sauces topping a bed of pasta with seafood delicacies of scallops, shrimp, clams and lobster to the classic meat lasagna Sad side neighbor hood is not quite what it used to be so curb appeal
Excellent authentic Italian. More fine dining in their approach to the menu compared Italian chain restaurants. Generous portions reasonable price. If you have a sweet tooth, you’ve got to go just to see the dessert cart!
We were a group of 9 from out of town. We were blown away from the start to finish. Everything was delicious. Staff was knowledgeable, attentive and friendly! Would definitely return next time in town.
Our favorite Italian restaurant in Atlanta, maybe America. The food is great -- very authentic, and each dish individually (and obviously carefully) prepared. But what keeps us coming back is that a visit to Nino's is like stepping back in time. The room is dark and quiet, nothing is trendy, none of the servers have tattoos or piercings, and all look and act like they care about their jobs. Which is to say, this place is nothing like 90 percent of Atlanta restaurants today. Love it.
Classic! Still the best ‘old school’ Italian in Atlanta.
Excellent all around.
One of the best hidden spots in all of Atlanta! True authentic Italian, their veal dishes are incredible and the best tiramisu ever!
Very nice older authentic Italian restaurant; food excellent.
The house salad is so amazing! I also loved the gnocchi and that there was free bruschetta!
Classic Italian "red sauce" place that this NJ family did not expect to find in the South. Felt like it was right out of Manhattan.
Incredible food and experience. All courses were excellent, service was great.
Excellent as always, with best Atlanta waiter Mark. Never disappointed and have been coming here for many years.
Excellent as always!
Amazing service! The food is exceptional, authentic Italian. This restaurant has been here forever and I am never disappointed. Thank you for a wonderful meal with my family!
Everything is always wonderful! My husband asked to have veal piccata which isn’t on the menu and he Loved It!!
We went with 6 people. Everyone loved their food. Would absolutely go back!
It was a delightful experience! We had never heard of Nino’s and came here based on a recommendation... so happy we did!! We found an amazing Italian restaurant that is truly a gem!!
The food was outstanding. Everyone in my party had only great things to say.
Love this place as usual. The only thing missing was Jonathan, our favorite server, who was off that night.
What a gem! Some places prepare great food. Some have a nice wine list or make a first rate cocktail. Others have terrific service or a nice ambiance. Nino's does it all.
All good. Bring back Nino’s Cannelloni!!
I had a great time at Ninos. The food and ambiance was wonderful. I would say the service was not that good as I felt rushed. They brought out our appetizers and main entrees together which didnt make sense.
Nino's is easy to overlook given location and longevity, but it never disappoints. The food is a close to West Village as it gets in Atlanta, but be ready for a noisy environment on a Friday or Saturday night. All veal dishes are outstanding and the wine list is reasonably priced, though a little limited if your looking for California wines.
We have been several time with friends, the food was good our server could have cared less about us however. He had a large table with a big white family guess he thought they tip better or he does not like gay people.
an old neighborhood staple that never disappoints.. went there for a fam dinner friday evening after reserving table on open table.. they had one waiting when we arrived.. excellent cesar salad and pasta, and very attentive staff from owner all the way to the water guy. an outstanding experience.
If you haven’t been here you need to go. One of the best meals I’ve had in Atlanta! From the drinks, bread and dinner it could not of been better. They were very busy but didn’t rush our party do 6. Next time I’m getting the recipe for the lemon drop martini it was so good.
My wifes Birthday dinner was a bad experience in this Restaurant. The place was packed no room to walk. I think its a fire hazard. Also the waiters keeped hitting my chair to get by to get into the kitchen. Im Italian so I know good Italian food. It was ok but I personally could have made our dished ten times better. The cost was high for what we got. The neighborhood was really bad, scary to park ing lots.
The location is a little heck-it but worth the travel. Small intimate restaurant, with a nice, warm outside area. The service was excellent, the food was too. I will be going back soon to try a few more dishes on the menu. The wine recommended was also a hit.
The food was phenomal. The service left much to be desired. Our waiter seemed as though he wasn't interested in our table. We had been there 15 minutes before our drinks were ordered and after that he seemed short with us. It almost felt like he was annoyed. It really turned us off from what would have otherwise been a spectacular annivesary dinner.
Food was excellent, service not so much. Very crowded dining room.
The best traditional Italian in Atlanta! One of our favs!
A week earlier on week night Nino’s was perfect spot. Dined with five friends for good food and conversation. This visit with four of us on a Saturday night the food was delicious but the noise level made conversation impossible. It was crowded so service suffered. A big disappointment. Lesson learned. Never again on a busy Saturday night.
Waiter was very nice; but not highly attentive to us as customers. My pasta was outstanding; ceasar salad was OK. Would love to see alignment of everything.
Seems like the chef has changed. Michella pasta was salty and a lot richer than previous visits. Caesar salad was very dry, mostly no dressing.
We love Nino's. Started with terrific calamari, hot out of the fryer, super crispy and fresh with a yummy slightly spicy marinara. Ice cold, crispy caesar salad, gnocchi with bolognese. That little bruschetta they set on the table is so delicious. We had the affogato for dessert which was the perfect ending to a great meal. I had hoped to take home half of the gnocchi but it was so good I ate it all. Excellent food, great, old world atmosphere, love it there. My son just wanted pasta with meat sauce, and they made it for him. Very accommodating.
I just love this place. Is a staple in Atlanta for Italian food. The waiters are old school guys who know how to service a customer, and the food was delicious. I brought a friend for the first time and he was impressed. I'll be back again.
Our favorite Italian restaurant . Consistently provides great food, service and ambiance.
