Main courses were good! Pasta was not up to Nino’s usual standard. Service was terrible. The wait staff was completely overwhelmed between a large private party and several large groups in the main dining room.
We had to ask several servers to find our waiter to order drinks, order dinner to replenish drinks and for the check. Very unusual as service is always terrific. It was just an off night due to the volume of guests.
Great food great service.
Great as always!
We dine here quite often and love it. This time my husband ordered the Veal Francaise and was blown away how tender and good it was.
Great restaurant. If you have not been, you should have dinner here!
Mark was an excellent server very attentive and knowledgeable.
One of our favorite places. Food and service are always great.
We went for my dates birthday. We had the insalata caprese, filet mignon, spaghetti, papparedelle verde, & tira misu. Relaxed atmosphere and a fun date night.
Great old world Italian food and atmosphere...
When we have a special occassion to celebrate we head to Nino's!
Always good. Been going here for about 6 years now and it’s one of my favorites.
Outstanding service. Traditional Italian food expertly prepared. Don't skip the dessert cast!
It was a wonderful step back in time. Would definitely recommend and will go again. It was also exciting to se such a diversity of folks. It is apparent that Nino’s approach is the choice for many different lifestyles. Congratulations to them!
One of the rare dining gems in Atlanta. Old school Italian and the food was amazing. The staff was warm and friendly. Our family had a great time and will definitely be back.
Waiter was not your best. Chicken Parm was burnt, replaced and was ridiculously hot like it had been pre cooked and reheated to melt the cheese. It was a soupy mess. Waiter missed burrata appetizer and food took forever. Not a great Christmas Eve meal. First and last
Continues to be the best Italian restaurant in Atlanta. We actually met a doctor in a pizzeria in New York who had gone to med school at Emory and he remembered Nino's as the best in Atlanta as well. Even on a crowded Christmas eve, our family of six had an outstanding dinner. From the fried calamari appetizer to the multiple desserts, everyone loved everything. This is a " don't miss" if you dine out in Atlanta.
An original, old school, Italian restaurant with excellent cuisine. Places like this are getting hard to find and I think are far better than any chain restaurants out there.
Our favorite Italian restaurant in Atlanta.
Best Italian food in Atlanta. It never fails
Fairly good food. Bad wine selections. (Cheap headache kind)
Incredible food, service, and atmosphere!! We drove down from Gainesville for dinner and it was worth the drive.
I'm from NYC and grew up in a Sicilian neighborhood so I was a bit nervous about an Italian restaurant in Atlanta. I was very impressed. Excellent food and service from beginning to end.
Once again i had a wonderful dinner party for twelve friends. My salmon was perfect and so was my caprice salad. We shared many wonderful deserts. How the waitress dealt with all the many request and three people showing up late amazed me but she did an excellent job. Thanks to all the staff that made my evening wonderful.
I absolutely love Nino's. If you want a classic dining experience at a fabulous Italian restaurant - you can't go wrong with Nino's. There's a reason they've been around for ~ 40 years! The service is outstanding. The moment you walk in the door you are treated like family.
A consistently great dinner. The veal parmigiana is the best in Atlanta. My husband said the lobster fra diavolo was amazing. Shared tiramisu was a great ending!
Everything was good but server was abrupt and not engaged
It is the best Italian restaurant is atlanta. If not GA. It is soooo fresh and good. Service is great! I highly recommended for families, dates and just by your self for some good food to feed the soul.
Celebrating friends in town, my husband’s birthday and just being at Nino’s again. My husband had the Lamb meatball pasta special and I had the fish and risotto special, both which were delicious!
Over priced. Disappointing service. Would not recommend. Better restaurants
Another tasty dinner at Nino's. Food and service was very good even with our server handling a large party while we were there. Happy to have Ninos in the neighborhood.
Nino's isn't flashy, but the food is great and the service is very friendly. We all had excellent pasta and a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend it.
Ninos is one of our favorite restaurants in the city. We are hooked on the eggplant parmigiana. The screened patio is our favorite spot, whether cold or hot outside!
Dined with friends who agreed with us that the food was delicious and authentic Italian. The feeling is a little "old world" and reminded us of some of our favorite restaurants in NYC. Lovely meal and evening....Thanks, Nino's!!
Nino's is an Atlanta institution, and deservedly so. The menu is classic, yet doesn't feel old fashioned. It has never disappointed. I always look forward to dinner at Nino's.
A nice, traditional Italian neighborhood place. The food and pricing were in sync and quality was good. The highlight was a very personable and attentive waiter. We found it a relaxing place for dinner after a busy day.
Excellent service and very good food
Awesome and consistent Italian food in a great atmosphere.
Not sure how his restaurant continues to be included in many “Best Or” lists. The quality of the food was below what you would get at a decent Italian chain restaurant. The waiter, while being efficient, was detached to the point of being rude. His conversation was limited to one word questions, “done?” “good?” “water?” And yes, he did speak fluent English, he just chose not to. The multiple times I said thank you when something was served or taken away, he never responded to. Not once. The maitre de was equally grumpy upon our on time arrival for our reservation. It was also noted that this was a birthday dinner but they made no mention of that. Ultimately though, it’s about the food and it was dull and generic. Save your time and money and avoid this place.
