Ninety Acres Ratings and Reviews
My girlfriend and I went for our Valentine's dinner on the day after Valentine's Day and was also the night I proposed, so the manager was very helpful and kind to help set it up for me. Beyond being helpful, the scenery leading up to the mansion was extremely nice and vast, the inside was beautiful and romantic. The food was also extremely good and fresh and staff was extremely kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a nice, fancy date or any occasion really, it was quaint, quiet, and very nice; I definitely plan on going back.
90 acres is a very pretty, kind of rustically themed space. The food is good but not great. My husband and I both ordered the prix fixe. I started with a delicious foie gras, then scallops with pork belly and grilled sirloin. My husband had a pasta dish, smoked cod and prime rib.My foie gras was really good, but a little heavy, the scallops were OK, not great, and the sirloin was flavorful, but almost unchewable. My husband's pasta was OK, nothing special, his cod was fishy, but his prime rib was very tender and good. We shared milk and cookies for dessert which was out of this world delicious. We also ordered wine to complement our meal. Although the wine list was substantial, the wine was not well priced at all. The bill was upwards of $400 for the two of us. For that price, I expected more.
We had an incredible meal at Natirar. We opted for the prix fix menu, which was outstanding. Every bite was so delicious!
The standout for the night was our server, Megan. She was enthusiastic, friendly and knowledgeable. The service was perfect. Always there but not intrusive. My husband and I were celebrating my birthday. They all went out of their way to make the evening special for me. Megan and her assistant, Brittany even gave me a handwritten card at the end. So unexpected and wonderful.
If you are looking for a great night out with an inventive and delicious menus and excellent service, you’ve found it. I will be returning.
Excellent experience. The grounds are beautiful. The restaurant itself was equally beautiful. We had awesome service from the bar to our waiter to the multiple helpers at our table. The food is a bit eclectic but combinations of flavors were equisite. The pricetag makes this a destination occasion
We had a very nice time celebrating a birthday. The food was exceptional, the service was very friendly and informative and the wine list was superb. We weren’t rushed and had a lovely leisurely cocktails/ dinner. My second time here but not my last ! Highly recommend.
90 Acres is very good, if a bit overhyped. The menu is more reasonably priced than I would have thought with options to spend even less than prefixed menu. Drinks are expensive. All food was very good but for the price point everything missed some depth. Place is pretty loud, close tables, but good service. For the money though there are other options that impress more than 90 Acres.
My husband and I went to 90 Acres for a date last night. The food was good, but the service was awful. Our table wasn't ready when we arrived for our reservation, the servers (inexplicably 3 assigned to our table) were inattentive and forgot items we ordered, and my husband was served coffee so hot he burned his knuckles on the mug. We had heard such wonderful things about this restaurant but will not be returning as we spent so much time waiting for our food. It was not a busy night and there seemed to be an abundance of staff. For the price, I expect a much higher level of service.
Fun time sharing plates. The pork belly pizza and the gnocchi were delicious, as was the salad with pears and basil... great for sharing. Meatball pizza and scallops were so so. Service was great and the atmosphere by the kitchen is fun. We’ve already decided what we’re going to eat the next time we go. The fried chicken, steak fritte and burgers looked amazing.
Have dined here many times always a fine meal. But on this visit I was lets say unimpressed.
The meal's Were just ok.Service was nothing special. I would not rush back for dinner anytime soon. This was a disappointing night out with my family,For my daughters birthday.
Celebrated my husband's birthday at Ninety Acres with our two sons. We all agreed this was the best meal! The crème brulee really stuck out in my mind, and my son said he would not share the Wagyu beef. The mushroom side dish was also wonderful. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Wine list was outstanding. Meal was quite expensive, but worth it!
We've been to Ninety Acres a number of times. On this trip, food was average for the money. Great atmosphere and cocktails are very good. Service was also just OK as we literally had to chase down the waiter to pay the check. As we were celebrating multiple birthdays, kitchen was very nice sending out ice cream to each individual. Unfortunately, not rushing to make another reservation.
Service was pretty poor, we sat for 15 minutes before being acknowledged, our server seemed rushed and was non existent throughout the meal. Food was okay, not worth the money at all. This place is for the well off and they don't show the prices on the online menu so you have no idea what you'll be spending, be prepared to spend $200 at very minimum if you plan on leaving satisfied. The grounds are beautiful and the restaurant itself is nicely maintained however it's a terrible value for amount of food and service you receive. If you're well off and can afford to burn 200 - 300 for an average to above average meal then by all means this is your place.
