   We sat at the downstairs bar 🍸 and had fantastic service from the bartender from the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴. He made my wife's birthday special.

   This was our third time in Key West and also our third time to 915 restaurant. We love the food and enjoy the atmosphere. When family come to visit we always have at least one meal here.

   We sat outside on a lively afternoon. We began with cocktails. My wife had a glass of Cabernet and I tried the mango breeze. It was delicious and strong, just the way I like it. For appetizer, we tried the empanadas. They were amazing, especially the crème fraiche drizzled over them. My wife had the TORTELLONI DE CASA and I had the special. She loved her pasta. My special consisted of a snapper filet with a scallop on top with asparagus and cheesy risotto buried underneath. When I say this was out of the world, I am not exaggerating! We had another round of drinks and made me happier and finished the night with the bread pudding. I love bread pudding (to the chagrin of my wife) and get it whenever we see it in the me menu. They rivaled some of the best I have had. All in all, I would come back every time I am in key west. To make the night absolutely perfect, service from Jules as our guide throughout the night and she is top tier. She completed the night and if you could ask for her, I would.

   A table of 6 and everyone loved their dinner! Whole crispy yellowtail snapper, seared tuna, gnocchi, butternut squash were all amazing!!! Service was great and we really liked sitting on the outside porch!

   We were truly excited to try Nine One Five. From the outset the staff was condescending and rude, with the exception of our waitress. The food was fresh and well-cooked, but poorly seasoned. Finally, we were seated close to where the staff seems to hang out, even though there were plenty of open and available tables inside and out. We felt this restaurant has bought into its’ own pretentious hype.

    My husband and I had dinner at 915 for the first time since 2001. What were we thinking!? I had forgotten how delicious their food is. Our server, Anna, was wonderful. We started out with 2 perfectly chilled martinis with house stuffed blue cheese olives (none of those jarred awful ones here!). Our app was the Devils (formerly Devils on Horseback), which were divine. I had a scallop special and my husband the tuna. We could have licked the plates the sauces were so yummy. If you haven’t tired this gem of a restaurant you need to. And, don’t let 2 decades go by before you return!

    Heard a lot of good things about this restaurant. Food was delicious. Price was reasonable. Medium sized portions. Good people watching from the deck. Although it can be a tad noisy but that’s to be expected due to location. Overall was a nice meal and experience. Thanks!

    We will likely no longer eat outside at this restaurant. Duval Street has become so loud, with unmuffled horribly loud motorcycles and music blaring from cars, that it is not pleasant at all. In addition, service was very slow and the food, which is usually very good, was only average. The empanada filling was tough and chewy, the ribs were covered in hoisin sauce that tasted like it was poured out of a cheap jarred version. My carpaccio was covered with a mountain of cheese. Only the corn chowder was as good as usual. Prices here are also pretty high. $38 for pasta bolognese? $16 for a bowl of chowder? I use to come for the charming atmosphere and outside dining, but Key West has changed and there is nothing pleasant about dining outdoors on Duval.

    My husband & I was celebrating our 6th wedding anniversary for the weekend. Jenny was our excellent server ! She was authentic, fun and efficient. She gave us wonderful recommendations on the dinner menu. H2O Suites did not disappoint us with recommending 915. I still gave 5 star ratings even though the Host with long black hair was not friendly when she greeted us . We did had early reservations at 5:15pm and had asked if we could eat inside but only offered tables across the bar so we sat outside. I also told her we were celebrating our Anniversary but was not receptive along with our hotel recommendation. I did not want to rate 915 based on a Host who should probably find another job since she is the restaurant first impression.

    My wife and I have dined at Nine One Five over the years more than any other restaurant in Key West. It is where we go on our first night in town, and where we return for our final dinner before heading home. We love the patio setting, the excellent menu choices, the phenomenal preparation (although my wife is addicted to the Soul Mama and rarely orders anything else!) and the professional, personable staff. Last night, our final night, a few things didn’t go quite right. I’m bringing this up not to complain, but to brag about how well the staff - especially our excellent waitress - handled it. My wife’s wine was flat, our waitress brought and opened tableside a new bottle for comparison, much better. Our entrees arrived really quickly after ordering and before our appetizers. The gentleman who delivered our meals quickly saw the issue, removed them, and he and our waitress got everything back on track. The asparagus appetizer was as great as they claim it is, my scallops with risotto was outstanding - especially the risotto! Soul Mama was as excellent as always. Our final dinner in Key West was as enjoyable as we could hope for. Thank you to our superb waitress and to everyone at Nine One Five for another lovely night. Til Next Time!

    Our favorite restaurant in KW. This was one of few times we’ve had the entrees (we almost always make a meal of the small plates because they’re so good). The scallops special that I had was fabulous as was my husband’s pork chop. And the key lime bar is a nice twist on key lime pie. Service was, as usual, friendly and attentive.

    This place is a gem. Ambiance, soft lighting, cozy, atmosphere the menu is very well balanced - food is just outstanding on taste, presentation, flavors and the cocktails are classic very well prepared and never disappoint. We dine here every time we visit and this past visit we dined there twice which says a lot because we generally like to try different restaurants but this one is just too good to pass up when we are in key west

    From the warm welcome through dessert, everything was delightful. Bravo, chef! We made a tapas dinner of irresistible shared plates and a reasonably priced bottle of wine. Our server was a true pro, each dish was perfectly timed and served when ready.

    We arrived a few minutes early for our reservation and were seated promptly. The restaurant was about 1/2 full. Our server was clearly anxious for us to get our entire order in promptly; we immediately ordered a cocktail, a bottle of wine, and a couple of appetizers. When she came with the drinks she wanted the rest of our order, which we provided. The apps came and literally 5 minutes later, here’s the entrees! We hadn’t had any time to enjoy the first course and ended up wasting most of it. It’s a small thing, but it made the whole dining experience feel like fast food rather than one of quality and enjoyment. When we commented to the server that the entrees came too quickly she just shrugged and said she was surprised too. The food was all fine but everything seemed just a little “not as good” as in the past. We’ve eaten here many times and always look forward to it. Probably going to look elsewhere now.

    Slow slow slow service, one of our group was told her entrée unavailable only after appetizers course had been cleared - so that added to the delay. It’s also very , very noisy on Duval so….we had a 7:30 reservation and we’re not served til around 9:30p- Most liked their entrees well enough but the bolognese was not flavorful at all. Disappointing as we’ve been there before and had much better service and meals.
