Nine O Bar & Grill
Took my son for his 5th birthday and met up with our older kids who live on Mercer Island. We were there nearly 3 hours and got to laugh and goof around and not worry about bothering anyone. It was great. We brought cake but they brought him a yummy piece of cake with a candle too. So sweet. It was perfect for our blended family!
It's a nice quite place, very placent. Friendly service, good food presentation.
unfortunately, I would of give or a 5 stars but, I didn't like the fact that you need a reservation made on line. makes you sign in, and register, and at the time we got there with my husband there was no one customer in the place.
So, I ask my self, why do you demand to make reservation if the place is completely empyt?!
some times I choose not to go if there isn't a walk in.
Also as empty as the place was, we thought the Cheff was for us at that time right? For disappointment the food took such a long time! Unbelievable! Breakfast for two took about 40 minutes.
I recommend it with these Very important facts to considere.
We were hoping there would be more of an Easter brunch menu but ended up ordering off the lunch menu. Food was fine, nothing fantastic, nothing horrible. Service was fine.
Good food and good atmosphere for a restaurant in the silver cloud hotel
The restaurant was clean and relaxing. The waiter was kind and offered to exchange my meal, as I did not like what I ordered. However, there were very few people dining and it still took about 10-15 minutes to get my drink, which is quite the wait. The food and drinks were ok, but were not especially satisfying. I do feel that prices were too high.
Not the first time here so I know the food is great but you gotta be patient. Waited on a cobb salad for a good 30min. If you want something fast, just get the soup.
the OJ tasted powdery, the mocha was burned and they didn't have many GF options.
Great food. Quiet. I didn’t realize it was in the hotel, but it didn’t bother me either. It was nice.
High-end dining-caliber food at a hotel in relatively the middle of nowhere off I-90... but close to our house so we will be back. Steak and salmon entrees were really delicious... could compare taste-wise to John Howie / Seastar. Wonderful service for our early dinner with kids on New Years Eve.
I made. Reservation for Christmas dinner before the movie thinking it would be busy, but it was. Seat yourself place. Not a place to write home about. Service was no near attentive to average, The food was overly salty and 2 large size pieces of focaccia bread with each dish was carb overload. Drinks was ok. Overall, it was an open place for Christmas.
Good place for lunch meetings, never too crowded or loud
I have never seen a hotel restaurant as busy as Nine O. We went in when happy hour just ended and it was busy. The food was good and we would certainly go again.
Slow service, okay food. We were the ONLY party at lunch when we arrived. It took 20 minutes before someone came to take our orders. Then it was a long time before we got our drinks and food. This was consistent with past experience. We come back because it's easy to get a table for 8-10 during lunch.
Comfortable, quiet, good menu, great service, modern environment. Highly recommend for a calm atmosphere. Easy access.
This was a dinner after a 3-hour drive, winding down in preparation for a seminar in the morning. A quiet dinner was just the thing before retiring to our room.
We enjoyed both Thanksgiving and Christmas at 90 Grilll. We love the comfortable and soothing environment along with friendly staff. The fireplace adds special ambience. Thank you.
Poor menu selection. Food taste very average.
No atmosphere whatsoever.
Excellent service and friendly waiter
My three daughters planned for breakfast here before school for mom’s (my) birthday. It’s a great spot to have in the neighborhood. Service was pleasant and prompt.
Great salmon cakes. Loved the fennel. My husbands fish and chips was also fresh and delicious.
"I love the relaxed feel of this place – like a comfortable dining room in a friends home. I definitely would return to try more dishes. great, mesh. Everyone loved the flat iron steak. Service was well-timed and friendly, wines were affordable."
Overall good food. I'm not sure it's worth the price.
We had a very nice Mother's Day brunch. The food was great. The server was nice but forgot to bring us a different choice of condiments after offering to do so. A little slow at getting the bill once it had been requested but we fortunately weren't in a hurry.
This is a hotel restaurant and the food proves that. The sever was so great though.
Always great food and service. Cioppino was surprisingly tasty with lots of seafood. Steaks were cooked perfectly with great sides. The only disappointment was the dessert...apple cobbler was just okay...they could have done better with a bit of cinnamon for flavor and a nice crunchy topping instead of a limp piece of crust.
When we walked in, they did not have our reservation written down. Even so, we were the only people in the restaurant. The food was good and the price very reasonable. The service was good, and while it was a nice experience I most likely would not travel down from Woodinville to eat here again.
If you're looking for a quick bite, this is not the place to go. I come here often since it is close to the office, staff's are nice but service is slow -getting food or getting a bill -noting each time the place was pretty empty. Aside from that, food is good.
Two gals needing a long period of uninterrupted conversation came here for lunch. It was just PERFECT... QUIET... Several folks conducting business and several others were conversing. We would and will return again... great location between Issaquah and Kirkland without a lot of traffic.
This was the first time dining there and what a wonderful surprise. The service and food were excellent, and the dessert was the best. As we were walking out my husband said, "we're definitely coming back," a first for him.
I got a Passport card from a friend of mine and I took a woman at work who has helped me IMMENSELY to lunch. We got $15 off the meal. But more importantly, it's a LOVELY place with a patio to seat groups, the inside is AWESOME in terms of ambiance and setting and we decided HAPPY HOUR there next time. Food was delicious
Went for the special Mother's Day brunch but they quit doing it. Food's ok, but nothing special. Not worth going to without the special brunch.
Great Food and excellent service. All of the items that we chose were superb. The menu is fairly diverse and the food was well prepared and presented. Our server, Leo, was friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs. All in all, it was an excellent experience. We'll be back for sure.
My companion ordered a salad with salmon--he said it was fairly good. I ordered the sliders and they were dry and overdone with cold buns. It is in an out of the way spot so if you need something in the are it's OK. Just don't have high expectations.
I selected this restaurant based on it's location alone. Situated in the Silver Cloud Inn in Bellevue, Nine O B&G is right off I-90, so it was easy to get to for breakfast The food itself was just OK, nothing spectacular, but that is typically for a restaurant within a hotel. Service was slow but the server was pleasant (even though he seemed to forget about our table of 7 at times).
Had a great time. Food was great! Happy hour menu had lots of tasty selections. Beer and wine also great selection. Service was friendly and very attentive. Will definitely make it as usual spot for drinks and dinner.
I was a little disappointed that my reservation was "ignored." There was nothing set aside for our original group of 12; luckily we could wing it, but that is not good service.
Ambiance is lacking but the food quality was surprisingly good. A couple of weaknesses but the Cioppino is excellent.
I chose this restaurant for my Christmas dinner with friends. And why? Because my all favorite restaurants are fully occupied by Christmas holiday I felt lucky that I had a table on hold for Christmas Day while I reserve it on Christmas eve!
I guessed the restaurant was gonna be crowded, but not, there was just few customers! That surprised me I could guess that might be the food here is so-so
And I guessed right! Everything is at medium level, but the staff and framework are not bad!
We ordered claim chowder for appetizer, honey peppercorn salmon and ribeye steak for entree, monte cristo sandwich, chef's housemade cheesecake and chocolate bread pudding for dessert, and hot chocolate!
Anyway, I appreciated that we had a great dinner at Nine O bar & grill :)
we were so lucky to get last minute reservations for thanksgiving dinner the crew of chef knocked it out of the park service was good. we codnt have been more pleasantly surprised we will be back
Nice dinner...our server was..INCREDIBLE!! Was quite chilly in the glass atrium. Food was good..overall a nice restaurant ...we would go back
We had a party of 10 - 3 families meeting up centrally, from Seattle, Renton and Sammamish, meeting up to celebrate the visit of one of the newphews who moved to NYC a couple of years ago. We chose this space, site unseen, because it was centrally located, just off I90, with space for 10 on short notice. This ended up being the perfect spot! Food was much better than typically found at a restaurant attached to a hotel, the decor was nice, and though the restaurant was surprisingly busy for 2 in the afternoon, the space was queit for our large group to easily hear down the table/have multiped coversations. No complaints on the food from our picky kids, and thier bar selection/beer was very good. They had a nice patio that we woud have considered had it been a bit warmer, with a fireplace, which was also surprisingly quiet, given how close it was to the freeway. Slightly understaffed, but staff was freindly and were very accomodating. We had a lot of dietary restrictions and they flawlessy delivered - not snooty food, but quite tasty. The pork shoulder was a real treat!
