Considering we visited this restaurant for a Valentine's Day dinner, the food and server were quite good. The place was only about half full but yet the noise level was fairly high. We were fortunate to be seated a fair distance from the bulk of the diners which was very good. Yes, we would return.

Nobody sat us - they told us to seat ourselves. Then nobody brought us menus, water, or even acknowledged our presence. We finally got up and asked for help. The first server we asked said ok and then never came back. The second server I got up and found was rude and never came back. We left and ate at Panera Bread - will never go back.

The service was outstanding! We appreciated Evan's attention to detail since it was our first time at the restaurant. We enjoyed our food and the delicious cocktails! Get the crimson mule. It's fabulous!

Took my son for his 5th birthday and met up with our older kids who live on Mercer Island. We were there nearly 3 hours and got to laugh and goof around and not worry about bothering anyone. It was great. We brought cake but they brought him a yummy piece of cake with a candle too. So sweet. It was perfect for our blended family!

It's a nice quite place, very placent. Friendly service, good food presentation. unfortunately, I would of give or a 5 stars but, I didn't like the fact that you need a reservation made on line. makes you sign in, and register, and at the time we got there with my husband there was no one customer in the place. So, I ask my self, why do you demand to make reservation if the place is completely empyt?! some times I choose not to go if there isn't a walk in. Also as empty as the place was, we thought the Cheff was for us at that time right? For disappointment the food took such a long time! Unbelievable! Breakfast for two took about 40 minutes. I recommend it with these Very important facts to considere.

We were hoping there would be more of an Easter brunch menu but ended up ordering off the lunch menu. Food was fine, nothing fantastic, nothing horrible. Service was fine.

The restaurant was clean and relaxing. The waiter was kind and offered to exchange my meal, as I did not like what I ordered. However, there were very few people dining and it still took about 10-15 minutes to get my drink, which is quite the wait. The food and drinks were ok, but were not especially satisfying. I do feel that prices were too high.

Not the first time here so I know the food is great but you gotta be patient. Waited on a cobb salad for a good 30min. If you want something fast, just get the soup.

High-end dining-caliber food at a hotel in relatively the middle of nowhere off I-90... but close to our house so we will be back. Steak and salmon entrees were really delicious... could compare taste-wise to John Howie / Seastar. Wonderful service for our early dinner with kids on New Years Eve.

I made. Reservation for Christmas dinner before the movie thinking it would be busy, but it was. Seat yourself place. Not a place to write home about. Service was no near attentive to average, The food was overly salty and 2 large size pieces of focaccia bread with each dish was carb overload. Drinks was ok. Overall, it was an open place for Christmas.

I have never seen a hotel restaurant as busy as Nine O. We went in when happy hour just ended and it was busy. The food was good and we would certainly go again.

Slow service, okay food. We were the ONLY party at lunch when we arrived. It took 20 minutes before someone came to take our orders. Then it was a long time before we got our drinks and food. This was consistent with past experience. We come back because it's easy to get a table for 8-10 during lunch.

We had a very nice Mother's Day brunch. The food was great. The server was nice but forgot to bring us a different choice of condiments after offering to do so. A little slow at getting the bill once it had been requested but we fortunately weren't in a hurry.

Always great food and service. Cioppino was surprisingly tasty with lots of seafood. Steaks were cooked perfectly with great sides. The only disappointment was the dessert...apple cobbler was just okay...they could have done better with a bit of cinnamon for flavor and a nice crunchy topping instead of a limp piece of crust.

When we walked in, they did not have our reservation written down. Even so, we were the only people in the restaurant. The food was good and the price very reasonable. The service was good, and while it was a nice experience I most likely would not travel down from Woodinville to eat here again.

If you're looking for a quick bite, this is not the place to go. I come here often since it is close to the office, staff's are nice but service is slow -getting food or getting a bill -noting each time the place was pretty empty. Aside from that, food is good.

Two gals needing a long period of uninterrupted conversation came here for lunch. It was just PERFECT... QUIET... Several folks conducting business and several others were conversing. We would and will return again... great location between Issaquah and Kirkland without a lot of traffic.

This was the first time dining there and what a wonderful surprise. The service and food were excellent, and the dessert was the best. As we were walking out my husband said, "we're definitely coming back," a first for him.

I got a Passport card from a friend of mine and I took a woman at work who has helped me IMMENSELY to lunch. We got $15 off the meal. But more importantly, it's a LOVELY place with a patio to seat groups, the inside is AWESOME in terms of ambiance and setting and we decided HAPPY HOUR there next time. Food was delicious

Great Food and excellent service. All of the items that we chose were superb. The menu is fairly diverse and the food was well prepared and presented. Our server, Leo, was friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs. All in all, it was an excellent experience. We'll be back for sure.

My companion ordered a salad with salmon--he said it was fairly good. I ordered the sliders and they were dry and overdone with cold buns. It is in an out of the way spot so if you need something in the are it's OK. Just don't have high expectations.

I selected this restaurant based on it's location alone. Situated in the Silver Cloud Inn in Bellevue, Nine O B&G is right off I-90, so it was easy to get to for breakfast The food itself was just OK, nothing spectacular, but that is typically for a restaurant within a hotel. Service was slow but the server was pleasant (even though he seemed to forget about our table of 7 at times).
