The atmosphere is nice and staff are great. It's a bit overpriced for the quality of the food.
Fav Local Italian Restaurant
This is one of our favorite places to go. Out of our six entrees only two weren’t all that great. The halibut is something I wouldn’t order again however all the pasta dishes were amazing and the Cioppino was the best we’ve ever had!
Attentive staff, delicious food, love your renovation!
Food, drinks and service were all great!
The outdoor dining is great this time of the year.
99.99% out of 100
Food, drink and atmosphere was great.
Only thing…we were a group of 6 and when bill came there was a 20% tip already added.
I was ok with that cause they were stellar.
BUT they also had a “tip” line below that that if I was not paying attention I would have added another 20%
Felt a little deceptive
Our dinner was Great! Our friends in from Austin all three loved the pasta along with our kids. My verde salad with scampi was awesome! My hubby que bought his pizza was OK. The server Spencer was excellent! Food and everything was timely regardless of our large group of 7. Highly recommend Nicoletta’s.
This was my first time dining at this restaurant and we enjoyed the experience. The staff were very friendly and service was efficient. Our food was very good with nice sized portions. We will be back in the future.
We love Nicoletta's table! The food is outstanding and our waitress "Welly" couldn't have been more cordial and helpful!
The only negative for us is that they allow dogs; at least they allow them on the patio. We were having a very nice celebratory dinner for our anniversary and the table next to us had a medium sized dog that kept wandering and barking. The dog's owner even let it sit up on the chair next to them while white they fed it snacks. The more it barked the more snacks they gave him. It was very disruptive and very annoying.
We hope that the owners of Nicoletta's Table will reconsider their dog policy and not allow them on the premises.
And....by the way..... we are "dog people"...... but in our opinion, there are some places they shouldn't be allowed.
Always fresh and flavorful. Gelato is a great addition
Outstanding service - not easy when most organizations are not fully staffed.
Thank You for your feedback and support! We are so grateful for our wonderful guests and our hardworking staff! So glad that you enjoyed your meal with us! We look forward to seeing you aging soon! Cheers!
We have eaten here many times and it has always been a good neighborhood Italian restaurant with good food and vibe. Tonight’s experience was not good. The food was bad. Everything from obviously recently defrosted calamari, to lasagna that was a small step above frozen supermarket fare, every aspect of the meal was a significant step down from the past. However, comforting to see the prices have not been reduced to reflect the obvious reduction in food quality. We will not be back.
Love Nicoletta's patio and food--always good in my experience! The staff seemed a bit busy and at times slow, perhaps having difficulty hiring enough staff as is often the case at this time during the pandemic. That said, all the wait staff were friendly, competent, and wore smiles. Food was delicious but soup was lukewarm, perhaps due to the staffing issues. Dessert was lovely--a new panna cotta topped with spiced plums and honey.
The only real downside was a plumbing challenge which left 2 of the 4 bathrooms unusable--a problem after drinking water all during lunch. I'm sure that was a temporary issue.
Hi there thanks for your feedback. Yes, we are in fact understaffed which is an issue that many restaurants are facing, we are grateful to have the wonderful staff that we do they are all working so very hard! As far as the toilet issue there was something flushed that was not meant to go down the toilet which in turn backed up both restrooms, however luckily we had two other restrooms for guests to use. So glad that you enjoyed out new Panna Cotta! We hope to see you again soon!
Jackie was our server and she was amazing! The pace of the meal was excellent, she was attentive and observant while not over the top. Overall with wonderful food and service this might be the highlight meal of the summer.
Outdoor patio is a great setting and food is consistently good.
beautiful courtyard setting, great food, good service and nice touch with the birthday sorbet.
Our first time and they did not disappoint! When we arrived we were a bit skeptical because the restaurant is located in a tired looking strip mall. However, once inside it was like we were transformed to a true Italian market and eatery. The food was incredible and the service was impeccable. At a time when all restaurants are short-staffed, we were impressed! We will definitely be back soon!!!
Wonderful food and service was great! This is one of my favorite lunch spots.
Nicolettas never disappoints. The food is very good.
Great food and great service. There were four of us and everyone was very pleased.
One of our favorite places in LO. Service was pretty slow last n night I'll bet they are having trouble hiring staff, like everyone else.
1st time enjoying lunch on the patio. Very nice spot and quality food!
Could not have been any more perfect to celebrate our anniversary.
The Calamari was great as was the Chicken Parmesan. The $35 Capesante pasta dish needs some sauce love. It's mostly tasteless aside from the few veggies that are in it. At that price it should have some "wow factor"! Overall we felt the prices were high compared to other high end Italian Restaurants in the area and the service certainly didn't command the price. We were seated in the bar and the bartender was so busy making drinks that bar table service was very slow.
The drinks and food were excellent. Piano music was a great addition to the bar area. Can’t wait to return! Love this place
The outdoor patio is nice and shady but accessible through the kitchen and storeroom. Maybe a temporary solution? Food is really good and consistent.
we really enjoyed the music. Made for a lovely evening
Excellent food and a lovely tucked away patio area. Loved it!!
Great food! Everything we tried was incredible.
Jackie was a fantastic server. Do not be fooled by the outside appearance of this place, inside is wonderful, romantic, outside dining and the FOOD and drinks are Wonderful!
Highly recommend dining at Nicoletta's table, especially the outdoor patio. Food is fantastic - wonderful variety on the menu and each dish expertly prepared. Start with the meatballs for an appetizer! The ambience is great too. The tables are spaced generously and the noise level enables conversations without "screaming." Even with warm temperatures in the 80s, the patio was pleasant. Finally, the wait staff are total pros. They know their entrees and wines. My friend and I each went with a recommended new wine and really enjoyed the suggested varieties.
Prior visits have gone well. It may be result of post-pandemic labor shortages, but service was poor, and quality of food not as good as usual. Ordered two glasses of wine and arrived mid-meal. Pappardelle had way too much tomato, sauce was bitter to taste, and the wild boar was overcooked.
Our previous and maiden voyage was met with the most unbelievable aromas. There was none of that this time, just the luck of the draw or when they make certain things..but the food is always super good. Worth the trip, absolutely!
We ordered wine prior to lunch but were not offered bread/crackers by waitress. Instead we asked the wait staff busboy to bring a basket of crackers. Food is still excellent, service is meh…it took the waitress 10 minutes to present the lunch tab after we requested it, thus the lower rating.
We have done many celebrations here. This time was disappointing as the service was not good and I believe it was because the waitress already knew she was getting the mandatory 20% ($63.00) because our family had six people dining. I don't think this is a great "rule" as it seems service declines....
First time to Nicolettas, everything was amazing and the food was awesome. Highly recommend. Will be back for another round.
Seated in bar area instead of dining room. We had made reservations so disappointed with seating. The area was very noisy and the chairs very hard.
We enjoyed a wonderful meal and it was very fresh and flavorful. The entire staff were very friendly. We will definitely eat there again!
