Nicoletta's Table and Marketplace
Food decent—nothing standout. Price creates expectation for standout.
Nicoletta's is always good with great service and ambiance. Delicious!
Nicoletta's has morphed from a tiny market with a few tables to a warren of wonderful rooms, filled with hidden tables and great atmosphere. The food is excellent, some of it sublime, and the wine list is first rate and extensive.
The food and service was/is amazing. This is one of our favorite restaurants. Can be a bit too loud.
Birthday lunch with my sisters. Prices for lunch seem higher end - $14.50 for cup of soup and 1/2 sandwich or salad combo? (However, the Italian sausage soup was BOMB!) BUT - it is in Lake Oswego, so maybe the local residents are used to it. Our waiter was excellent - attentive but not intrusive. We did ask for a basket of their delicious bread (it's not served automatically at lunch, only dinner). And I received a delicious scoop of espresso gelato as a complimentary birthday dessert. There is a nice selection of (mostly Italian) wines available for purchase, and some pre-made pasta and other dishes in a cooler available for "take and bake" (expensive, but probably delicious). Located in a strip shopping mall, and they seem to have expanded into other spaces over the years, so a lot of room. Parking is challenging - narrow spaces and lot was nearly full when we got there around 11:45am. And making a left turn onto State Street is tricky. But overall, a wonderful and delicious experience and will recommend to others; hope to return for dinner sometime.
Delicious food, great wine pairings, and the staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful!
Wine was expensive, but otherwise food was very good.
Great atmosphere & food!
You guys rock! Food was great; servers awesome; atmosphere delightful
Bad news: waited for 20 minutes for my table to be readied while I watched 3 other groups with reservations at the same time as mine get seated immediately. Good news: given a free glass of wine while I waited. Bad news: we were seated on the edge of the dining room which was akin to sitting in the middle of grocery store. Good news: our wait person was delightful. Bad news: carbonara portion was small and you needed a magnifying glass to find the bacon (too small to see if it was pancetta). Good news: clam/mussel appetizer was delicious. All in all a definite 3 stars for me.
A favorite place for tasty Italian. Something on the menu for everyone.
We sat in the private room since there were six of us and thus it was quieter than the main rooms, which can be noisy. The service was pleasant and wait staff excellent. The food very good although at times things have been spotty (other visits). I'd like more variety in the menu with more choices but other than that, it is a convenient and reliable good restaurant.
Great service, food was phenomenal!
Great food n good service
Cramped and a bit noisy
Expensive but worth it
We went for my grandparents anniversary. The food was delicious. They were out of the special but we’re able to improvise and it was yummy. The service was great, very attentive.
Service was extraordinary. She was personable and attentive. Food was great.
Seated on time, greeted nicely, cold IPA, pleasant waitress - tasty bread& crackers. Salmon salad was just right and fettuccine with scallops was hot, flavorful and filling. Overall, an excellent dining experience.
Very nice luncheon with old friends.
Great food & service
What a find! We usually look to Portland for fine dining but we had to find something close to Wilsonville and stumbled upon this through Open Table. Incredibly delicious and authentic italian food. The waiter was truly outstanding. Though she was American, she delivered service that was on par with the finest in Italy, and they take serving very seriously. Can't wait to go back there.
This was our first time eating at Nicoletta’s Table but it definitely won’t be our last. We thought the food was amazing and the service was outstanding. A real gem!!
Our party of 5 had a wonderful evening with attentive friendly service from Javier. Our go to place when we’re dining out in Lake Oswego! Thanks Nicoletta’s for another dining experience to enjoy and remember.
Our waitress deserves special commendation because we were nine women who each needed special items. Our waitress was very patient and saw to each request. This is our fourth year to have this meeting at Nicoletta's and each year it the food and ambiance are perfect. Many thanks and we appreciate using the private room.
Service great! The food was delicious, but way too loud.
Dishes being put away add to the crazy noise levels
Dessert was not as good as in the past. The salmon special with polenta was fair.
Appreciate their kind service accommodating elderly grandmother. Menu choices and food quality excellent and service attentive. Thank you!
The food was excellent but the service lacking. Our salads came before our drinks, our orders were given to the wrong individual and the split dish was handled badly.
This was our first visit to Nicoletta's and did not disappoint. The services was very good and the food even better. Each of us had a different dish and we all loved what we ordered. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who finds themselves in Lake Oswego.
I like it better for lunch. Service for dinner wasn't great and my dish wasn't prepared very well.
As usual, food and service very good...this is the first time we had to wait awhile before our drink order was taken. It appeared as though our waiter was also the bartender and the bar side was busy. I wish the noise level was better....fabrics placed somewhere...whatever. Great place, we just need to shout louder, I guess.
We were welcomed quickly, and seated before the exact time of our reservation.
The meatball appetizer was excellent! Tasty, spicy , and just the right amount of sauce. Would recommend it for everyone.
The meals were super as well. The win list was extensive, but by the glass choices were not as exciting.
Truly some of the best Italian pasta dishes we have enjoyed in awhile. Wish it was closer to downtown Portland!
The ambience was great but the food was not the greatest. Had lasagna and it was so small you could finish it in 8 bites. The bread served with it was burnt. Spaghetti my partner had was way too spicy. Not well blended. It has so much possibilities.
Our table was in a traffic area looking into the kitchen (5 ft away) very expensive. The place is divided into 4 section, fine dining, deli market, reg dining, take out and pizza delivery. Did I mention very expensive for very little. I will say the bread basket was great.
Food and presentation is beautiful and a great place to eat and see old friends!
Friendly. Relaxed atmosphere. Food good; not really good, not great. Server seems abit confused about menu details.
Location is in a strip mall so has a bit of a “ store front” feel. Open dining; tables are close together so it isn’t intimate/romantic. Service friendly and prompt. Our group had the calamari, Veg Lasagna, Chicken Parm, Lamb Gnocchi and Wild Boar ragu. All were very good. Menu is ala cart so nothing comes with your entree other than bread at the table. Shared the Chocolate Mousse cake which was amazing. Open dining means noise but we had no problems conversing in normal voices. Overall a good experience. Felt it was on the expensive side.
Very slow service. The wait for our entrees was 45 minutes. Would not recommend coming here if you have anything else scheduled afterwards.
Thank you Nicoletta's for complimentary Anniversary Sparkling wine. We enjoyed the atmosphere and our service! We came here due to Nicoletta's being our first date, when the the Pearl location was open and decided to try Lake O. Great space, great wine and great flavors.
Our meals were great, I had the Cioppino and didn't realize it would come with chopped sausage in it, I was looking forward to crab! My mistake for assuming all are served with crab. My spouse had the Gnocchi Di Agnello. He said the flavors were excellent but was looking forward to a Leg of lamb and not shredded meat as it came out. Overall great experience and EXCELLENT service, i'm sorry i can;t remember our waitress name but she had glasses and were her last table on 11/16!
As usual, the food was so good, enjoyed every bite and our waitress was very sweet and personable. We were sitting near the bar at a tiny table, and my husband could hardly hear, so I asked the hostess if we could move, and she was awesome. It was busy, but she didn’t get upset, she moved us and we had a great night. It’s our favorite place in LO!
