   I felt under dressed but I came for a casual dining experience. There was a party of 8+ enjoying their night, our host asked if it was too loud, to which I replied, "They are having a good time, let em." 1st and not last time.

   As always, we had a wonderful experience. We love the Shrimp Taquitos, Seabass and the Prime Rib Sandwich. Our waiter Lathan was very nice too.

   We love this place and come here when we can. The sea bass it to die for! Service is always impeccable and we have never been let down! I tried their Nicks Old Fashioned and was incredibly happy with it! Till next time!

   Nick’s has the best prime rib French Dip in the South Bay. This time I had the Bistro Plate. It was done to perfection. The service, atmosphere and basically everything else is always excellent. The quality of the food guides my decision when choosing any restaurant and Nick’s wins.

    Dining at Nick's anywhere is always a pleasure. Food and services are consistent, and sometimes with a touch of surprise. Plenty of metered parking space available underground at this location.

    Nick's is great place to go for dinner. Great ambience, food was very well seasoned, served fresh. They did forget my biscuits on my order, but it was too late by the time I realized. Their butter cake is the star; it was superb. Drinks were very well crafted. Our server was a little slow towards the end of out time, but very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommended.

    Our reservation was for 6pm on a very busy and crowded Saturday night. We arrived on time and we’re seated on time. The waiters, as there were more than one, serving different courses of food at our table, were very friendly and offered suggestions on what we we’re ordering.

    Oh my goodness! We LOVE going to Nick’s and go at least once a month. The food is consistently delicious, and the service is great. The noise level last night, however, was OUT OF CONTROL! The music was BLARING! We couldn’t even hear the server as we spoke to him and he spoke to us. It’s NEVER been like this. We sat in the outer portion of the restaurant. Usually the temporary enclosure are open, but we can only think that it was because they were down that the volume reverberated from them and made everything seem amplified. Not sure. We couldn’t even have a decent conversation at the table without shouting at each other. We love the asparagus fries, tuna tartare, kale and quinoa salad, sea bass, and prime rib sandwich. All were meticulously prepared(as always) and beyond delicious. We felt badly that the noise level dampened an otherwise excellent meal.

    This was a date night with the hubby. Cocktails and asparagus fries were excellent. I decided to get something other than their prime rib dip sandwich (sooo good). I opted for the ribs. They weren’t as good as I was expecting. They lacked flavor and were overcooked. The staff have always said to try them because of how good they are. Hubby got the the prime rib sandwich with a bistro salad, both were excellent. We ordered a hot fudge sundae for dessert. It was severely lacking in hot fudge but our attentive server happily brought us more. Nick's is a good, consistent restaurant with attentive service in a nice environment (Nick's Manhattan Beach). Overall, a lovely evening.

    Nicks has been changing its menu for the worse. Removing a good white wine by the glass and a menu favorite- hacienda chicken taco. Reduces the appeal after many visits.

    Nick’s is a place my family loves to come regularly! The food and service is always top tier. My sister and I came last night for one thing…. That lemon cake!!! To our extreme disappointment, the lemon cake was a seasonal item :( I had no idea and thought it was year round. Please consider bringing it back !

    I’m accustomed to the Laguna location which is more intimate. This translates into the food as well. It’s seems to be made with more love than the MB location. The bread on French Dip wasn’t as delicious as LB. I love Nicks but wouldn’t go out of my way for this one. The staff was excellent I must add.

    The food was very good, no complaints about the food. Both glasses of champagne we ordered were not very cold. Like the bottle had been sitting out for awhile. I brought it to the servers attention and he said that all there champagne was the same temperature. He asked if there was something else I wanted to drink. What I wanted was a cold glass of champagne and he could not provide that. That was quite annoying.

    Wonderful evening last night at Nick’s with my husband, son and Teddy our grand dog. I ordered the sea bass and it was wonderful. My husband got the Thai Salad and our son got the French Roast beef sandwich. All our entries were excellent. Great ambiance outside on the patio. Perfect Evening! Dominic our waiter was excellent and very nice about taking a picture of us.

    Gosh we love this place. Every time we come to stay in the area we always go. Everyone in our family can always find things they like on the menu. My dad had the ribs and literally we have them everywhere and these were special. My mom and I shared the kale salad and the salmon. The salad is fresh and feels ‘healthy’. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the lemon caper type sauce was lovely. Mashed potatoes on the side were homemade and delicious. Literally the only thing I was sad about is we were craving the lemon cake and they had replaced it for a more seasonal dessert. Darn it! We crave that cake when we are not in the area! Our server was particularly kind. There was a single diner behind us that was a frequent diner that I could tell always tried to get his food for free. He managed to do it again as the manager was honestly more kind than I would have been. It’s a shame people take advantage like that. We had an excellent meal and will be back in a few months when we come back in town.

    Our experience at Nick’s Manhattan Beach was perfect! The ambiance was great, our server was excellent (I wish I wrote this sooner so I could give him credit), food was delicious and if I weren’t full after my meal I would have tried the dessert!
