The service and food quality were very good. My steak was cooked perfectly.
Had a group lunch. It was a great atmosphere and the food was outstanding. We had such a good time.
First time trying this place out. Had a reservation and it wasn’t ready. Hostess took awhile to get it together; not just for us. Service was subpar. Mgr presented me w/ bottle at the table with my cab by the glass; it’s cheap gas station cab called Canyon Road. Why try to present that? Egg rolls were too greasy, over cooked, and was very apparent on the dish. Tiger prawn pasta, shrimp was over cooked. For the amount of $$ spent on this meal; IT is NOT worth it! Quite shocked how busy this place is for mediocre food in Park Cities. Will not be back!
I'd be on the verge of saying no to recommending, but the steak and the shrimp were too good not to recommend this place. Those were the ups. On the down side, the service was not as good as the price would demand, the furniture is old and outworn and the bathroom was terribly dirty, something unacceptable for a place of this caliber.
Amazing food and service! The staff was friendly and attentive. The cotton candy martini was excellent and every food item ordered was outstanding. We will definitely be back.

I really want to like the restaurant. It’s a neighborhood spot for me. Generally, it’s okay. Never outstanding. Never a particularly memorable experience. But it’s always convenient. We were a party of six and certainly had a good time but that was all about the company. The service was well intentioned. I had the most perfectly cooked steak that was unfortunately, the most tasteless piece of beef I’ve eaten in a long time. It was advertised as prime but I have my doubts. I want them to be better. The cotton candy was spectacular.
Enjoyed dinner here, although our food took about three times longer to come out than expected. And the place was practically empty. Will still be back, just not a five star experience last night.

Our waitress was terrible. We sat there for 20 minutes waiting for her to take our drink order. Then another 20 minutes for her take our order. Food was ok

Food, Wine, Service very good, No one there on a Thursday night in Dallas certainly caught us off guard.
We arrived at about 9pm and had to wait several minutes to be seated even though they were not busy. It took several minutes before any wait staff stopped by our table to take drink orders. The wait person that was supposed to be waiting on us rarely stopped by our table. Fortunately another person stepped in from time to time. I ordered a steak medium well. It was served at something much less than rare. It would have been very undercooked if it had been ordered rare. Quite disappointed in the overall experience.
Everything was really good. Very nice setting. Servers were great. Attentive and very helpful. Multiple people came over to check on us throughout the meal. Food was good. Would definitely come back.
Two Birthday celebrations.
Very attentive, polished service, and our server had great knowledge of the menu. Impressed with him. The hostess was also very welcoming. The food was average at best; did not have dessert as a result. The restaurant was strangely quiet for a Friday night, when everything else in the area is crowded. I had eaten here another time in the past year and recall it being a little empty. Will not return... nice enough people, but too much competition in the area.

Our entire party was so hot the entire time. And we were told that is as cool as the restaurant gets. Good food and service though.
Food was high end steak house standard fare. Very quite for a Thursday. About a total of 25-30 guests in the restaurant. Service was well below standard until a senior staff member recognized the lack of promptness. Still very slow through the night but improved. Overall below average experience but likely not representative of the restaurant's standard practice.
My only complaint was that the hostess did not have knowledge of my reservation and my guests were confused. Evidently, it was listed as a lunch reservation instead of dinner at 6:30 PM. She corrected it prior to two of my guests arriving. I also called the morning of to confirm.
Crowd sitting near us was too loud. Music playing in the background wasn’t suitable for the restaurant. Steak was seasoned too salty.
It was my 44th bday celebration. Our food came out wrong and when they brought the sides out our cream spinach looked like it had a can of water added to it.
Wonderful experience and wonderful food. From the beginning Valet to the final bite of dessert, I could have not asked for any better. I did find it somewhat odd that there were several entrees not on the menu. I mentioned to the waiter that we as a group would sure like a Tomahawk steak. Waiter then went into numerous other steaks, including a Tomahawk that they did in fact offer, but were not on the menu. One of the best Tomahawks ever!!!

Excellent upscale restaurant. Took some clients there for lunch and it's a great business lunch location. Quiet, great service, great food. It's a little pricey relative to the local lunch hash house, but its an upscale restaurant with upscale food and perfect service. That costs just a little more :)
Had the lobster cobb. Was surprised at how little lobster was in the salad.

The food was outstanding, as was the presentation. Our server, Stephanie, was excellent -- very attentive (but not too much), helpful with suggestions, great sense of humor. The whole experience was great, although pricey. It was a special occasion for us, though, so well worth it.

Lively restaurant with great bar atm atmosphere.
Food was just not up to par at this location, uptown is better. Way Too much bacon bits on a yellow and wilted iceberg wedge. Wines were just ok, steak was great but the blue cheese and mushrooms were overwhelming, don’t hide my steak under these toppings. Way too much I expected a little got a side dish on top of both.... a loud table came in and ruined the atmosphere for everyone!
Had the BEST dinner! The food was absolutely amazing and the service was incredible. Will definitely be going back soon!!!

Our waiter was very nice and very personable. We were there to celebrate my grandchildren’s birthday and he really made them feel special by singing to them and asking them about their special day.
