It’s an upscale hotel dining experience with flavorful entrees. The convention center crowd cannot be avoided. Staff seemed to be mildly frantic in meeting reservation commitments while still trying to seat walk-ins. Menu is limited and they offer a buffet for those who just want to eat and be on their way after convention events. The dining room is modern and well appointed with a view of the pool area. Pork chop and short ribs are delicious choices.

My wife and I enjoyed the wonderful nFuse food for dinner Thursday night, especially the outstanding calamari. The calamari was the best we ever had. Went back next for lunch with a couple of associates and had the calamari again. Everyone agreed the calamari was the best.

Food was good. I had halibut with Brussel sprouts and mashed sweet potatoes. Dessert was excellent - cheesecake with a creme brûlée top. Waiter was nice but in a restaurant of this caliber I was surprised that he cleared my plate when I finished but my friend was still clearly eating. The right thing to do is leave everyone’s plates and clear at the same time so as not to rush anyone. And then...he brought a complimentary birthday dessert (a nice gesture) when my friend was still enjoying her entree! Geez!!! What’s the rush dude?

My clients and I had a great time at NFUSE. I recently made a reservation for a working lunch and they were very accommodating with my group and suggested perfect appetizers for my health-conscious group. The food was presented beautifully and tasted great. I will definitely be returning.

Some unique dishes and drinks on the menu. Service was a little spotty even though the restaurant was not crowded. A big trade show was about to hit, so maybe the staff was taking off before the rush over the next few nights. Worth a stop especially if you are staying in a nearby hotel as it's easy to get to by foot.

Best and healthiest buffet in OC. Gourmet food! Wait staff very attentive. Wonderful!!

If you get the chance to have Juan as your server then you are in for a treat!

Was okay. Food was not as amazing as the last time but it was a nice place to grab a quick 2 dish dinner. Nachos has way too much sour cream and cheese. I know- it nachos, but this looked like a heart attack. Sever Juan was awesome! Drinks were perfect as I remember. I’d recommend coming here for drinks and pool!

My quinoa salad was wonderful, but the halibut was over cooked. We were promised bread but never got any

Treated the bestie for her birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. Even gave her a gift at the end of our brunch

Our waitress AMERICA was the best and food was good, had steak and eggs, steak was vert good and cook to perfection, chicken had was different but really good and the crab Benedict was very good.

Our only complaint was that server forgot to come back to take our entree order and we were one of the few tables occupied. Breakfast was different with marylou very attentive and helpful.

Best tortilla soup ever. Food consistently good and tasty, with ample portion size. Service has been top notch. Nice place for lunch or dinner.

nFuse was so good we went back the next night and took our friends, too! Great selection of food - both buffet and off menu. Drinks were delicious. Service was great!

I had two great meals here. This food is fresh and the service is exceptional. For eyes spot to grab a meal with tables generously spaced apart. Grapefruit salad with shrimp on top was my favorite.

Service was fabulous from the hostess to David, our server. Food was great too, except for the s’mores. Instead of just having the chocolate, graham crackers and marshmallow, it has a somewhat mouse like cake in it, which made it too stuffy and rich. We had the beautiful Burrata and the healthy Nfuse salad with wild salmon. Yummy!

Great service, delicious food. A bit pricey, but good quality.

The hostess took quite a while to seat us because she was flirting with a guy in another party that was trying to sit at the bar. She came back and apologized for our wait, but told us to wait again and walked over to re-engage with that party. That was quite inappropriate but we stayed anyway. The ambiance is beautiful and the food was good. We were one of the only people in the restaurant section, but it took quite a while for us to get our food. In hindsight it would have been better for us to skip the reservation and just sit at the bar. I think we would have had better service.

I ordered the rack of lamb and it was mouthwatering. I would order this dish again. The waiter was very friendly and welcoming. nFuse is a perfect place to have an intimate dinner.

We loved the service and the food was excellent. Cindy your breakfast chef at the fresh food bar was so much fun to watch and a joy each morning we were there. Michael who seated us at the front was always friendly and accommodating. The manager and every server we had were so gracious and willing to serve in every way. That really is a testament to the management team at nFuse - Well Done. We love our experience and will definitely use nFuse as our dining choice every time we stay at the Marriott in Anaheim.

Very good buffet

It was not busy but it took forever for someone and get a drink order. There seemed to be one waitress on a busy night.
