The staff was very accommodating and hospitable. The food was on point. I was there with my in-laws and my husband and 13-month old baby. Everyone raves about my food, including my baby. And the staff allowed my toddler to run around the restaurant. We really enjoyed the entire experience. Bravo!

It’s a hotel restaurant, but don’t hold that against them. Great craft beer list as well as wine. The chicken tortilla soup was possibly the best I’ve ever had. I would go back in a minute.

Not much in the area unless you want to cab or cross street to Hilton. Pretty typical hotel restaurant. Not bad. Nothing special.

OUT OF 2 out of 5 STARS

1st STAR Friendly service (although I questioned the authenticity; interaction seemed a bit scripted)

2nd STAR Took reservations (a must for conference-goers); we were seated within 7 minutes of arrival and bypassed a super long line.

-1 STAR
Order took a looooong time to process, and we were seated before many of the other conference-goers. (Remember ther rez? Remember the super long line?) But our relatively small party of six were the last to leave the dining room. Guess the rez was useless.

-1 STAR
It took a looooong time to process our checks. Then, there was a mistake on one of the six checks, so they re-ran it. More waiting.

-1 STAR
Food was unremarkable and salty; lemonade tasted like it was made from unfiltered tap water.

I'll bring my lunch for the remaining two days of conference. I don't want to be 20 minutes late returning to the session.

Food and service was satisfactory. We were seated in an overflow section outside the regular seating area, so there was no “ambiance, just small tables with other diners scattered around. The lobster Mac n cheese is excellent, the salmon was OK.

Winter Formal dinner night, our friends were an hour late to our reservation but the waiter, David I believe, was extremely patient with us. Beautiful night with dessert on the house! The 7-Layer Chocolate cake was gorgeous but of course meant lots of tips(; Loved it and will be back for a simple, fancy dinner with my girlfriends sometime.

It was a quiet Sunday evening so there was only one server on the floor for four tables. It took a very long time to have our drink orders taken and the salads made it it out before our drinks. One of our three meals was acceptable. The steak we ordered was cooked perfectly but was very tough. Not a good cut of meat for the very high price. I wouldn't eat there for dinner again even if staying in the hotel. The bar snacks and service were very good during the day.

Good food and talented staff. Experience is ruined by huge TV in the middle of the restaurant. A huge mirror across means there is no place you can look and not be subjected to garish advertisements while you try to enjoy a $50 meal.

Awesome hotel restaurant and bar. They hit it out of the park. I didn't expect Great food in the Marriott hotel Restaurant - I expected Good but got GREAT!

Great service from everyone. They make sure that you're taken care of - other servers check on you as well. And a great selection of local craft beer on tap.

They have these hot pretzel bites dusted in some herb mix - maybe ranch mix? with a manchego cheese and mustard dip that was to die for - with the beer?? I've already done a repeat!

I stayed at the Anaheim Marriott for 5 days and was eating everyday breakfast at nFuse. The breakfast is well presented and fresh, buffet and a la carte options. The breakfast with taxes and tip cost $30 dollars, a bit pricey and one negative point is that the restaurant doesn’t serve fresh orange juice, they serve from the box.

This is a restaurant in the lobby area of the Marriott hotel. That alone speaks volumes. A good hotel restaurant is basically an oxymoron. I would not even have considered this venue had the OpenTable description indicated it was in a hotel. Service was a little slow. Food was fair in taste (it comes from the same kitchen as Room Service does). It was pricey to boot. Many better options in the Anaheim area.

I am amazed st the work ethic of all the Marriott employees... we were so cared for... every detail! Thank you 😊 Even the garage had a plug in for my electric car....

NFuse is in the Anaheim Marriott Hotel and the service was exceptional throughout the facility. We informed the parking valet we were going to NFuse. He suggested we self-park, which is validated, and save $32. We ended up parking in a spot about 100 yards from NFuse. We asked a security guard where the restaurant was. He brought us to the restaurant, handed the restaurant manager our parking ticket who then validated it and brought it to our table. The food, while not exceptional, was still very good. Our wait staff was terrific. It is a really nice, modern venue, and our overall experience was great.

The bar is horribly loud but if you ask for a table at the restaurant they can provide a quiet one and we had a lovely table - my beet salad with wild salmon could not have been better - given that experience I would eat there again for sure!!

Walked over from the Hilton to get away from the conventioneers that were in our hotel. The restaurant was nearly empty and we sat near a TV to watch the NBA playoff game. Service was great and we ordered salmon and the albacore tuna special. Both were tasty but the albacore was a touch over the requested medium rare. Creme brûlée cheesecake was a great finish. Good dining experience.

Soup and food quality poor ... cold on arrival! Waitress very nice but service very slow! It is woefully sad that such a fine hotel has so poor dining services for guests! The line at nFuse can be an hour long, and while I was there mostly elderly people waiting! Inexcusable!

Breakfasts were expensive but wonderful at nFuse!

A monopoly does not do your food or service any favors!
