Great service and amazing food

From the moment I pulled up to valet my experience was the outstanding standard for Prime. The valet gentleman man welcomed me with a smile and a few jokes. The hostess was pleasant and seated me in a timely manner. Our waiter was in training and did an excellent job. The wine selection paired well with my meal. The east coast oysters 🦪 were plump and full of flavor. My bone in rib-eye Oscar still was good. My previous dining experience entree was better. The NY style cheesecake with fresh strawberries 🍓 was a great finish to a great meal. I look forward to my next visit. There food and service maintain a highly level of consistency.

The experience at New York Prime is always AMAZING. The servers are very knowledgeable of the menu items and always have great recommendations. I pretty much always have the same thing tomohawk ribeye, creamed spinach, and steak cut fries. And every time the steak is better than the time before. Desserts are huge so please save room of you plan to indulge in one of the amazing desserts. Overall amazing experience time after time. I highly recommend New York Prime!

There bragged about Pittsburgh style preparation is extraordinarily salty, and we receive no warning of that. One steak was overcooked. Not the best steakhouse I've ever been to, but not bad either.

My hubby and I went on a date to New York Prime Steakhouse, and we really enjoyed ourselves! The staff was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The food was some of the best we've had from a 5 star restaurant, and they have a huge wine list for wine lovers! Also, the atmosphere was great as well!!! Overall, a Great experience!!!

Too much riff-raff form the streets allowed in. Hookers, Rapper's and street thugs not meeting dress code. Place has gone to hell. Real bad! I really used to enjoy the place but probably won't come back. Stone crabs way over priced and only I got 1 on my order. Not sure what has happened since Bobby left. Just another Atlanta restaurant overrun by tacky amateur's . Damn shame!

Great food and customer service. The food was cooked to order perfectly and staff were very informative for first time customers.

The food was okay, just not what I expected for a steak from a steak house. The Chicken was better to me ,it was more flavorful. The Cheese Mashed potatoes was delicious also, not fun of the corn (it had a spicy taste to it ) oh and the ambiance was great . But our server was slow and not real tentative. Let’s just say I had better experience and steaks at other steak places...

Christmas Eve Dinner w Girl Friend

The steaks were amazing!!! The crab cakes were to die for too. The side dishes, not so great....but it’s okay! Wasn’t going there for mashed potatoes anyways! Service was top notch!

Overpriced for the quality of the food. There are much better steakhouses in Atlanta. While our server was pleasant, we had to ask for flatware, water abs bread. The time between ordering drinks and reviving them was quite long. The biggest disappointment of this meal was the lack of social distancing and safety protocols being practiced by the staff or implanted by management. We called twice to inquire about their C19 policies and was assured both times they were in place “except for the bar where we don’t require social distancing”. The bathrooms were filthy so clearly nothing extra being done to sanitize the facilities. The ambiance of the restaurant is outdated and given the lack of cleanliness we observed they keep the lights down so low to hide their flaws.

Times are tough for restaurants right now however that does not give leeway for cutting corners and not following basic social protocols.

Another perfect meal. Keeps getting better. Felt like restaurant does a great job to make me feel safe.

Service was good, and nice atmosphere. Food seemed a bit overrated, in our opinion. We have had meals which were quite a bit better, as far as quality and taste, without spending that much money. We don’t mind spending the money, but would spend it somewhere else given another chance.

Dinner was good even though two of the six meals were under cooked. We made a reservation for 7:15 table was not ready till 7:40 and then we were seated next to the outside door. Every time they opened door to serve meals outside it was freezing with a gust of wind on us. Finally the manager moved us but still close to the door. Finally after complaining they tried to lock the door but wait staff kept using it. In the end they put a chair and wine bucket stand in front of the door to stop the wait staff. At this point we were almost finished with dinner...... Luca our waiter was very nice and tried his best. Overall I’ve been going for 10+ years but I might have to try someplace else.

Christmas dinner with my sons and wanted to take them to a nice steakhouse. Overall, NY Prime ATL was great. Service was impeccable. In my opinion, the steaks((bone-in ribeye and porterhouse for 2) were over salted and the char was very heavy and tasted burnt salt all night...very pricey prime steaks to be br over seasoned and “burnt”. In addition, the batter on the onion rings was also heavily salted. Just disappointed given the price tag.

As mentioned, over all it was nice just wished the steaks were a little less “seasoned”.

Great time!! Celebrated my hubby bday and they had a surprise desert and bday card. The music was a little loud but the food was amazing! Never had a steak so juicy and soft.

They canceled my reservation. Made me wait an hr and when it was time to go the waiter made us wait 45 for the check
