New Rebozo Oak Park
New Rebozo, which is run by Chef Paco, serves traditional Mexican dishes that have received awards for their authenticity. The menu is filled with a variety of spicy, sour and sweet flavors. These dishes are never prepared in heavy grease or pork fat, providing guests with healthier, more flavorful options to enjoy. Diners can stop by and sample one of the 21 different moles, or opt for the Fiesta Mole that features enchiladas covered in six different moles. New Rebozo also features seasonal dishes that use traditional spices and local ingredients, like the Chile Nogada that's only available between September and December.
Visitors to New Rebozo can also try a traditional margarita with their meals, or branch out and discover the pomegranate margarita for new and interesting tastes. From appetizers to dishes, such as carne tampiquena and enchiladas Frida, there is an option available that everyone can enjoy.

Just a few more weeks to enjoy the Chiles en nogada before pomegranate season ends, so go to New Rebozo soon! Chef Paco, as always, prepares terrific, creative and tasty food. His moles are a blend of traditional regional recipes and his own creations, and they are out of this world. We had a great Friday night dinner at New Rebozo and highly recommend this special place.

We have been to New Rebozo twice recently, and both times the food was outstanding. Chef Paco takes an interest in all of his customers, and personally tells about the specials. The enchiladas with mole sauce were really excellent. This is a great place for a night out.

Definitely my favorite Mexican food place.. the chef greeted us upon arrival and then he comes to your table and tell you all about his food, which got us all trying things we normally never would of got. It was all delicious and we will be going back frequently
I had an absolutely wonderful dinner. Everyone was so nice and helpful. My mixed drink was perfect and the food was great. I love the atmosphere as it is warm and inviting. I will be returning to try the Moles and the Portobello Tacos. Gracias por un tiempo maravilloso.
New Robozo was excellent. Food was very very good. The staff, including Chef Paco, were welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was great. Our only complaint was that it took 20 minutes or so beyond our reservation time to be seated as the restaurant was over capacity when we arrived. The food, service, and experience were, however, worth the wait.
Paco is the most consistently professional & personable owner/Chefs I’ve ever met. Doesn’t matter if it’s a quiet Tuesday or a busy Saturday, Paco greets you like a long lost friend and the show goes from there. The food is seasonal, complex and delicioso! OMG!

While we had an early reservation, it was a busy Saturday night and we neglected to say we needed to leave by a specific time, so some members of out party took a portion of their meal into go containers...but they might have needed to do so anyway, as their portions were more than they could eat. They all said they would come back again on a more relaxed night.
The chef came out and talked through the specials. He was very personable and answered all our questions. The food was delicious and priced very well. I'd definitely recommend!

The Chile en Nogada is a seasonal special and tastes heavenly. Chef Paco added a new mole this month: eggplant. He's a genius and makes every diner feel welcome.

We love this place, they have great customer service and the atmosphere is great. We love all the food but their Chile Nogada is out of this world. We patiently wait for September to arrive to be able to enjoy this plate. My parents love the tamal on mango sauce. All the food here is great and Paco is the best Chef and he loves taking care of his customers. It makes you feel like you are family and not just a customer.
Chef-Owner Paco creates the most amazing seasonal dishes along with his regular menu. One of my favorite restaurants in the area! Or as Paco would say "Oh my God!"

Had a great night out for my anniversary. Chef came by to welcome us and showed us the specials made us feel very comfortable. The appetizers were brought out very quickly as well as the rest of our dinner. We never felt rushed at any moment during dinner. All of the food was tasted great and was very well presented. My wife loved everything we ordered but especially the fiesta mole. They had great use of technology and made it very easy to pay. Overall had a great time out.
Excellent and unique food. Chef Paco is delightful. The pomegranate entree is superb and the chocolate-jalapeno ice cream dessert is not to be missed.

Another great dinner at New Rebozo!!! My three kids all got the Fiesta Mole. They all agreed that the sunflower mole was their favorite. The eggplant mole was awesome as well.
Simply superb mole inventions on a plate of 6 enchiladas. Eating outside on the patio was delightful on a pleasant evening. Taco soup was also creative, but not much soup — too much bean content (refried?)

Chef Paco is a gem. He makes you feel wonderful every time that you arrive. He is a fantastic salesman. He has upgraded his spiel with technology. He has pictures of everything on the iPad. The food is truly spectacular. We had fantastic jicama salad as an entree. Two special Margaritas. One Hibiscus and one Tamarind. The Tamarind margarita came with a Tamarind fruit roll up on a stick and a Tamarind pod (don’t eat the seeds). One of us had fish tacos with several different salsas on each taco. We also had Chef Paco’s special molé dish. 6 enchiladas each with a different molé. He has recipes for 29 Molés. You’d have to be crazy to make molé from eggplant. I guess that Chef Paco is on a continuum from brilliance to insane.

Saw this restaurant featured on the food network. Mole being my favorite Mexican food, this place was Heaven on Earth. Chef Paco addresses every table personally, with enthusiasm and humor. A great experience, we will be back.
We were celebrating our anniversary and couldn’t think of a better place to do it. We started with outstanding guacamole and my wife had an excellent margarita. All our entrees were outstanding and the service was attentive without being intrusive. We have been coming to the New Rebozo since our now 20 year old daughter was a newborn. As usual, Chef Paco greeted us warmly and enthusiastically described the specials. Also as usual, his enthusiasm was entirely warranted.
Great little restaurant in Oak Park. Chef Paco swung by our table and recommended a delicious appetizer. Talapia tacos very good. After dinner Chef Paco came by and recommended an apertif that was delicious. Certainly going to add this gem to our regular rotation.

Great service. Great food. The owner makes everyone “feel like a regular”. In the summer, sit in the patio. This will become one of our regular stops in Oak Park.
Very unique and delicious Mexican-style dishes prepared with a unique flare by Chef Paco. We ate on the patio in the back and spent 2 and 1/2 hrs enjoying a fabulous meal. Chef Paco was personally very attentive as was all of the wait staff. This is a wonderful, unique restaurant with delicious food and fabulous service.
We just love this restaurant. Paco is so friendly and greets guests as old friends. The food is outstanding and the service is very good. I have the enchiladas Frida, just a culinary treat. Do not miss this gem in Oak Park
