Huge variety of teas! Great options for everyone (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free) the seating time of 1h30mins is enough we never felt rushed. Familiarize yourself with the menu online as there is so much to choose from!

The atmosphere, food and service were great but the seating is a little cramped at some tables making it difficult to be completely comfortable.

Very nice ambiance and very friendly but professional staff. Really liked the decoration. The food and the tea were great. I like the idea of unlimited tea so that I could different ones.

Lovely experience. We ultimately ordered off the regular menu - which was great - but they were very flexible about the afternoon tea options. The chai tea with lemongrass is a favorite. Would definitely go again.

My sister and I came here and loved the tea, sweet treats and service. Food was good but I would have spent more time looking at what was in each sandwich before ordering. Had 2 sandwiches that didnt appeal to me. Will definitely recommend this place to friends.

never land tea was good, but we had a reservation and had to wait 20 mins. also my cousins tea wasn’t steeped long enough which didn’t make it taste as strong as when she had it last year. we come here for a yearly tea together and loved it last year! but this year the prices went up by 5 dollars! why is that? other than that it was pretty good

really quaint tea shop, with a varied menu for lunch/brunch and tea.Our server was knowledgeable, pleasant and took the time to explain the variety of teas. He took care and attention to ensure that there was no difficulty with food allergies, and ensure making any necessary or recommended substitutions.
Lovely place to enjoy a leisurely tea party.

This was my 2nd time here. The food was amazing and the tea choice is outstanding. The server seemed very scattered and unsure. She got my friends order wrong and also came with the bill before we even received our 2nd teas.
It is an amazing place though and last time i was there it was great all round

Love this place so so much. The tea quality and selection are out of this world. They cater to vegans with their vegan high tea which is the icing on the cake. Staff are super friendly and very accommodating.

We had the Grande High Tea with the Moët & Chandon champagne and it was a delightful experience. I love there was an option for real champagne by the half-bottle, which is the perfect amount for 2. As well, the food was delicious!! All the items were outstanding and the best high tea I have had anywhere, especially for the price. We will definitely come back and the service was spectacular. We received the table by the window, which I requested via Open Table. The tea selection was great and we enjoyed the Lavender Earl Grey. They have a unique steeping procedure, which I had never seen before.

Fresh, delicious food. Cute atmosphere. Little bit squishy but they only have so much room. we ordered off of the regular menu because we were starving, instead of doing high tea. Everyone highly enjoyed their meals.

Food was alright, Nothing crazy good. That being said it seems as though I was kind of forced into the vegan option as I am vegetarian and the other 2 high tea options had chicken sandwiches . I would go back it they had a build your own high tea option. It's nice for a one time thing but not work the 40 dollars per person in my opinion.

Our table wasn’t ready when we got there. Had to go for a walk for 15 mins and found the service slow. Slow to seat us and slow to take our orders. We were a table of 5 at 3:00 on a Saturday. Place wasn’t packed to warrant it slow. Otherwise would try it again due to food was really good and ambiance was cool.

I came here for my sister's birthday because she adores Peter Pan and not only was the food delicious, the atmosphere was exquisite. This place absolutely captured the essence of Peter Pan's whimsy and child-like wonder. The tea selection is fantastic and the staff is so kind, warm and welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone and I can't wait to visit again soon!

The tea and food were tasty. The decorations and set up were adorable. The service was fantastic! Unfortunately, I don't recall our server's name, but she took good care of my party of eight on Sunday morning (January 7th). Two or three of us in our party had nut allergies and she was very accommodating of that.

The staff here are extremely kind and accomodating! The teas and foods are delicious and creative.
For the high tea options, the demi tea is plenty for a light lunch or an afternoon tea and snack. Be hungry if you're getting the grande high tea! Also the reservations are for 1.5 hrs which they really need to respect on weekends which are busy. I find that amount of time feels fast for the grande but is perfect for the demi.

Went here in a group of 4 during the holidays. We were a little late for our reservations but the staff were very accommodating. Tea was fantastic and mimosas were also delicious. One person in our group is vegan and one is dairy/gluten free, they both loved their meals. Our server was super helpful and recommended us teas. Ambiance and decor is quite feminine and cute. As far as high tea goes I think this place is great and prices are worth the quality.

Went for Christmas high tea. Was a little disorganized, but maybe because of the Christmas season. Did not have table ready, but there was a table available. After a few minutes they figured that out and provided that table. Then the first pot of tea was incorrect, but brought the correct tea quickly. Then when trying a new pot of tea, the request was lost and had to ask a second time. The sandwiches, scones, and pastries were quite good and went well with the tea.

Always a great experience here. We went for the seasonal December high tea. Other places are around the same price but don't have as large of a selection as Neverland. Highly recommend.

Lovely tea house, excellent food, knowledgeable, friendly staff and of course wonderful tea selection!
Could do with some acoustic panels attached to the open concept metal roof joists as it gets loud in there and it can be difficult to carry on a conversation across your own table.
