Not your average tea salon, Neverland is an amalgamation of everything we love: celebration, decadence, ritual, whimsy and creativity. We also love variety, so we offer you options on which Neverland experience is right for you. Slip in for a quick indulgence at our Tea Bar Bakery, or enjoy our formal high tea service in our Neverland Room.
For those with dietary intolerances, our chef, Gordon Kuang, has also customized a complex blend of flours to create gluten-free options that are literally indistinguishable in taste and texture from our regular items. The idea is to have those with dietary restrictions not just feel included, but honoured for their differences. No dairy or gluten? We promise to wow you with indistinguishable variations of our high tea pastries, talk-of-the-town scones and full lunch menu.

Neverland Tea Salon Ratings and Reviews
Took our granddaughters for high tea.. we were pleasantly surprised that the food was appealing to all. Even satisfied the big guy. The staff were lovely . Wed was a perfect time to go , quiet enough that we didn’t have to be afraid the kids would bother others .
We will go again for sure
Enjoyed the grande afternoon tea. All the selections of sweet and savory treats were delicious and offered a well balanced variety. You are not pressured to finish your tea selection allowing for additional tea choices when ordering the grande option. Only issue on the service was that I did need to get the attention of our server to get an additional tea order in, which meant there was a lull between teas. Would enjoy going again.
It was a special farewell to my sisters in from Uk & Australia - my Mum’s passing anniversay - Although server was sweet and nice enough to allow vegan savoury with regular dessert option - I am pescatarian and found the vegan options not that desirable - could old cheese and cucumber sandwiches would have suited for example - I’m from UK and miss old style tea shops - but ambiance great - desserts a bit dry/as if stored a while.
First time here for high tea on a sunny Friday afternoon. Very friendly and efficient service! Food was OK (look better than they taste) and enjoyed 2 pots of Aztec Chocolate black tea. The noise level was surprisingly loud which took away from the ambience. May give this place another chance for tea and other menu items.
It was my first time to Neverland Tea and after everything I had heard, my expectations were high. The experience exceeded all expectations. I had the demi tea and ordered the gluten and dairy free menu which offered a diverse selection and tasted delicious. The Saturday crowd pumped the noise volume mid-to-high so conversation felt a little challenging but we enjoyed the levity of the folks around us, celebrating birthdays and luncheon out with friends. All in all a terrific experience and one I hope to repeat.
I was looking for a place that my friend from out of town and our two young daughters could go to catch up and this was the perfect spot- we were welcomed by staff and felt comfortable at our table and sofa. Our little girls loved the Tinkerbell tea and grilled cheese sandwiches from the kids menu and my demi tea was delicious with all of the little bites of sandwiches, scone and dessert. I'd love to come back with a group of girlfriends one day.
I like Neverland tea salon because it is such a cute place! I love the decor there and they have such an extensive tea list! It's a really nice place to go for afternoon tea - I find the small size one is usually sufficient for me! But, it is actually an AWESOME brunch spot too!
Worst service I have ever experienced for Afternoon tea. Would definitely not recommend. Server NEVER served us, refused to make eye contact, though she was chatty and friendly to other tables, and the manager (?) ended up serving when she noticed we were not being served.
A whimsical and eclectic setting for high tea. Huge tea menu and a delightful spread for high tea. The savories (incl a divine chicken salad sandwich, spectacular Thai curry egg salad sandwich and a decadent warm Brie and prosciutto mini croissant were better on the whole than the sweets. The scones were perfect and served traditionally with coddled cream and jam.
I made a reservation for 2 people for 2pm, but as we were hungry we chanced our arms and popped in just after 12. We were seated no problem, and had High Tea for 2, along with 2 glasses of prosecco each. The food was divine, and the tea was wonderful too. The decor and atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was great. I'll be back. It's perfect for a girly lunch, or birthday.
My friend and I had a lovely catch up visit here on September 12th. I was happy to be seated at the table I requested upon reserving. Our server was attentive and full of good humour which I apprreciate in a server. All was fabulous. The only teeny tine comment was the bread was a bit dry...perhaps a damp napkin could be set over the premade sandwiches to prevent drying out.
I have really love Neverland Tea Salon over the years.
The food and tea were REALLY good, lots of variety. I love how the tea cups were all unique as well as all the sitting arrangements. Instead of a uniform style, it was was a mix of this and that in a very "Neverland Lost Boys" thrifty style. It was comfortable and we had a wonderful time there.
Also, we were running late for our reservation and they were VERY accommodating. I really appreciated that.
The only downside I have, however, was that it gets quite busy and loud. You're enjoying the fantastic tea with your company but your voice has to compete with the surrounding chatter. The service was also a little slow at first (due to so many people) but eventually it picked up and they were quite helpful and promt at serving us and making sure we were comfortable.
That said though, I'd be happy to bring more friends there in the future. I'll be making another booking or two there again really soon! ^_^
There's a huge selection of tea to choose from, and the food were great. There was a big group celebrating a baby shower, making the place a bit loud. But overall the atmosphere and experience was great. Highly recommend it for high tea/afternoon tea experience!
General decor is good, but the cloth of chair is too old and torn. Crossiant should be warmed up, it was very sorgy.for Demi set, it make no sense to give you sweet scone as you already have sweets. My friend has the grand set, choice of savory scone which has a super strong Indian herb. For that price only a couple more pieces not worth it. Food need to be improved and offer savory scone for Demi and heat up crossiant at least for that price.Otherwise I dont look forward to go again.
The only thing good about this place if they update the torn chairs, is the lighting and service is excellent. For Demi set get choice of two teas served one after another, and grant set has unlimited tea which is the best so far of all high tea.
The service was very good, however, the food was disappointing in terms of taste, freshness, presentation and selection. We had demi tea and the ends of endive lettuce were brown, cupcake lacked any flavor, red velvet cake was unimpressive and dense. The scone was more of a ball of cake with sugar on top. Sandwiches were unimpressive.
Kid's grilled cheese sandwich was well plated with tomatoes and cucumbers.
Food lacked refinement to be presented at high tea.
Large selection of teas but our girls were disappointed tea was served in metal teapots.
