Def not an upscale steakhouse. Marginal at best. Probably would not return.
Every thing was good until we had dessert. My sister in law found a bug on her plate. She has her food handlers license and was not happy The y comp us 2 people but the we’re not very professional about it. The manager asked is were we think the Bug came from we responded How should we now
Went for the Sunday brunch, it was outstanding. Great food and excellent service. Many choices of meats, fish, deserts, and bottomless champagne and bloody Mary's. Our fist visit since we usually go home Sundays. We will always go here when we have a Sunday stay.
Great food and ambiance We come often
Our waiter was attentive. It was very busy.
good food, good service, everyone so friendly, I diffidently will visit again
Food is excellent and service was phenomenal. We both enjoyed Nero’s steakhouse.
Had true Italian dinner, well paced and great service. Food prepared as ordered and with no mistakes.
Amazing selection for Sunday brunch. The engagement levels of the staff are off the charts which makes it all the more better. And who doesn’t like bottomless bubbly.
We unfortunately had a very costly, awful experience at Nero's. We made a reservation for 7 people, and when we arrived, they seated us at a table for four, with two end seats and one seat squashed between two seats on one side of the table. It was very, very tight. It was my dads birthday dinner, and he WANTED to come here, and he couldn't even order what he wanted because the "special" that was read to us, was sold out. Apparently they only had two, and ironically enough, the two were ordered by two people in my party. What irritated me most about this, was how it was handled and delivered. Mind you it was a Friday Night, at 8:30. Not like we were there on a random Tuesday. When I approached Betty, who I recognized from the article written on "Bettys Back Room" the restaurant associated with Nero's, she seemed hesitant to help me with my request. As if I was asking for it for FREE. She told me to have him switch with someone else who ordered it at the table. Which sounds reasonable, but I know my father. He will do without before he takes from someone. My dad would NEVER ask someone to trade orders with him, even if they offered. Then things got really interesting when I noticed Betty, and another manager speaking about my table. I actually read their lips and they were talking smack on us. This restaurant was FAR from busy. You would think they would be more accommodating since most of the staff was just standing around with nothing to do. My father picked something else, and ordered the steak medium, and it came out well. Again, he didn't say anything, but he also didn't eat it. My lamb chops were also done well, I ordered medium too. I just wanted to leave, and have some drinks with my family. When your sitting down at a high end restaurant, there is just an expectation level. Sure, charge me $65 for a steak, but you best be sure that steak is worth every dollar of that $65! Our bill was close to $1,000 and it wasn't worth $500.
Always liked Nero's, particularly the Sunday Brunch. Food variety is everything and a set price per person with Bloody Marys and Mimosas
Betty is always been simply Wonderful and set us in a perfect setting for our group of 11.
