Nero’s Italian Steakhouse Ratings and Reviews
Its become a family tradition to go to neros for birthdays and special occasions they have the best food in Atlantic City.We have been eating here for 3yrs and every meal has been exceptional the service top notch.I can honestly say i feel like i am dining with family they really go out of there way to make sure everything is perfect. This place is the hidden gem of Caesars casino.
The Brunch gets great reviews and yes for being comped it was not bad. I don't think it is worth the $65 per person. The borgota and Harrahs buffet is just as good. The oysters were sandy and not fresh which was disappointing. The cold crab legs were small but the hot crabs were excellent and much larger. They don't tell you can get them hot delivered to your table. I saw someone else get them and not until I asked did they offer them. The carving station with rack of lamb and prime rib was good but both were overcooked. Service was excellent and ambience with window views of the Ocean was great. Overall the experience was good but I would not return.
We ordered from the special $39.00 menu. The food was excellent but the main server seemed to have an attitude toward our table. This is the second time the servers seemed less friendly toward our table than their others. It seems they resent ordering from the special menu.
It was just OK all the way around.
Steak was beyond overcooked, at $65 dollars it should have been perfection.
It was like rubber. Asked for medium well. it was beyond well done.
Crab cake was delicious, salad perfect amount.
Should have a better wine selection by the glass.
Waiter was nice, service a little slow.
Validated our ticket for complimentary parking at the casino, only to find out they stopped doing that on Sept. 1st. Really should have free parking after spending 250 plus on dinner
For an upscale restaurant the wait staff lacked polish. There were a few exceptions, but for the most part they would have been right at home in a diner. A few were difficult to understand and were not very knowledgeable about the menu.
Having said that, the food was very good.
The antipasto platter for two was delicious and very well presented. The king crab legs were succulent, but the portion was not a half pound as it was supposed to be.
The lobster bisque was so-so and was neither served or prepared with sherry. Would pass on it next time.
Loved both the wedge salad and the stuffed canalloni and could not stop picking at the flatbread.
Overall was pleased, but there is a little room for improvement.
Nero's was a disappointment. They didn't acknowledge our special occasion. The steak tasted like something from a low end steakhouse. The steak fries were greasy and some were cold. Service was slow. The bread basket was the highlight. The flatbreads were good.
We were seated at a table with a scenic view of the Atlantic Ocean. Our waitress was very personable and professional as was the entire wait staff. We shared a lobster tail dinner and porterhouse steak. The steak was cooked to perfection. I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant for special events.
This was our first time and everything exceeded our expectations. We read online about the $39 three course menu and thought we would go and check it out. The food was fabulous as was the service. Multiple people assisted us with anything we could have wanted so it all flowed smoothly. We would return anytime we are at Caesars and they are open. HIGHLY recommend for those who enjoy fine dining and the time it requires to enjoy it.
It just seemed noisy for my wife and I. We have dined there before and left with a more positive experience. The service was excellent our server did an outstanding job. Our reservation was right on time and we went to our table right away. The restaurant was very crowded and busy. our food was good as expected at the price level.
Food was mediocre at best , fillet mignon was terrible $59 dollars it came looking like a sandwich steak flat and wide my wife could barely eat half not worth it . Onion soup tasted okay. Mushrooms salty had to send them back could not eat them. Meat ball tasted precooked and for $10 not worth it. Rigatoni with the meat sauce was good but not worth $29. The mash was fresh made, not box good, portion could be bigger ur lucky if u got a full scoop & at $10. The calamari was okay never had it with fried slices oh lemon before. The cannoli on the other hand authentic and u got 2 full size $11 no complaints there. On a overall way over priced & over rated .me , my wife & our 12 yr old daughter $265 one beer ,one moscato & a Pepsi . I've ate at the best Smith & willinsky , Old Homestead & Peter Lugers Morton's ,Keens To mention a few
Sunday brunch is very inviting. It has a large selection of a variety of food. It has a carving section, seafood/sushi section, an omelet and breakfast section, and a meat and vegetable section. Also there fresh made crepes with all sorts of toppings. A large dessert table with an array of choices. You can't go wrong with the delicious food.
