For a true taste of Arizona, look no further than Nellie Cashman’s Monday Club Cafe, which was named after Arizona’s oldest club for women and “The Angel of the Mining Camp.”

Highlighting the dinner menu is Arizona Prime – USDA graded prime cuts of beef from select ranches across Arizona: Tenderloin, NY Strip, Ribeye, Flat Iron and even a NY Strip Hamburger. Pair each hand-cut entrée with your choice of delectable sides, and you simply can’t go wrong. Start the evening with a handcrafted cocktail from Doc's Watering Hole, each of which blends Arizona spirits, local ingredients and a modern interpretation of recipes dating from late 1800s.

This was the worst experience have ever had. I used to go to this restaurant for their brunch. It has been a few months since we were there last. I should have known better when we realized that the restaurant was empty and there was only 1 table with customers. That right there should have been an indication of what our experience was going to be. Our waitress, a lady by the name Shakeira, was probably the worst server that I have had in years. A simple order for iced tea, that was requested twice, never occurred until the end of the meal. She was missing in action all of the time even though the restaurant was empty. Never came back to check on us. She was confronted and instead starting cursing and threatened to slap one of my guests who confronted her for lack of service. We talked with the manager who didn't seem to really care and seem upset about the fact that he was being bothered with that. The food took forever, again even though the place was empty, and when we finally got it our plates were cold. This was all a complete disaster which is sad because this place did not use to be that way. Do NOT waste your time going to this place. There are much better places in Scottsdale and Phoenix.

Service was fast and friendly. The prime rib was cooked perfectly. The garlic mashed were some of the best I've had. Asparagus was very thin and over cooked.

Group of 4, before we ordered they brought bread, 3 pieces (for a table with 4 people). we ordered the salmon, the burger, the AZ stir fry with chicken, and the Russ House salad. The salmon was over cooked, the AZ stir fry was good, the chicken on the Russ House salad was dry and under seasoned the salad was drowning in dressing. The burger was tasty but all you get is a cheesy patty on bread with 4 potato wedges. The patty looked undersized for the bun. No tomato lettuce and onion. The wedges were over cooked and so thick that the seasoning didn’t get through to the entirety of the potato. The food took almost 45 minutes to get to us and the prices were pretty high (the burger was $22). I don’t mind spending money for a nice dinner but this fell well short of nice. Don’t waste your time and money, go elsewhere.

Ask for Jennifer - she was AWESOME!! She took excellent care of me and is such a happy person - it was so nice!! The prime rib is incredible and so worth the price - very inexpensive for the size of cut I received. The espresso was delicious too.

We had dinner and breakfast the next morning. Both meals were perfect. Thanks to Clifford the service was exceptional. Portions are quite ample and cooked to perfection. During our stay, we had breakfast and dinner twice and all four meals were wonderful. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Stayed at the Westin Kierland and ate here for both dinner the night of check-in and breakfast the next morning. Service was better for dinner than breakfast. We frequently had to wait for our server at breakfast. He was very pleasant. They were not busy. It was quiet. I had gf toast and scrambled eggs. My daughter had cocoa, cereal, and hash browns. The food was good, we at most of it. I thought it was overpriced for what we received.

My daughter and I ate dinner here the night of check-in. It was quiet and dim, with just a few other diners in the restaurant. Service was good. We both ordered hamburgers, she got hers with bacon and cheese and garlic mashed potatoes. I got mine plain with potato wedges and a side of green salad. Everything was good. She couldn't eat all of hers so we boxed it up for later. Portions are generous. The menu was limited but offered variety. I thought it was expensive for what we ordered.

The hostess was the rudest person. They seated us outside stating I requested outside when I didn’t make sense and I storm was approaching. She was very rude and said she had a cancellation and could a polo date us this time. 10 minutes later there was a down pour with thunder and lightning. Our server was great. This hostess was again extremely rude when my granddaughter left her doll and they couldn’t find it

A very well thought out Mother's Day Brunch with the exception of dessert. No choices left at 2:00 and the brunch was to go until 3.

I thought I was making a reservation for Mother’s Day brunch and was told I had to do it on Open Table, which I did. When we arrived, we were told that the brunch did not start until 11:30 that day. No where did it say that is started at 11:30, nor was I told when I called. Very disappointed in the selection for the standard breakfast and brunch. I will not be returning.

Ran out of prime rib before 7pm on a Saturday nite.

Quinoa in the salmon dinner was burned and crunchy?

Dessert for $14 was a 1.5 inch square and somewhat stale.

Disappointed.

I had the stir fry with adobo shrimp. The shrimp were delicious. The stir fry was bland rice and wild rice with soggy vegetables. It was pretty terrible. I gave the food two stars because the other meals ordered by our party were passable. The service was top-notch. There is a pretty meager wine list, although, what with the quality of the food, it wasn’t a critical factor.

Convenient, attentive service but high prices and a bit stale inside. Food was good but way to expensive ( nearly $20 for 3 pancakes and $5 for an egg ala carte. Why are they charging $4/ coffee when they know the patrons are resort guests with free in room coffee? Silly. I don’t think we will eat here again because of the value but sure, it’s nice and it’s tasty.
