A very well thought out Mother's Day Brunch with the exception of dessert. No choices left at 2:00 and the brunch was to go until 3.

I thought I was making a reservation for Mother’s Day brunch and was told I had to do it on Open Table, which I did. When we arrived, we were told that the brunch did not start until 11:30 that day. No where did it say that is started at 11:30, nor was I told when I called. Very disappointed in the selection for the standard breakfast and brunch. I will not be returning.
Ran out of prime rib before 7pm on a Saturday nite.

Dessert for $14 was a 1.5 inch square and somewhat stale.
Disappointing. Food was mediocre and too expensive. Server was wonderful. Sadly, the highlight was the raspberry sorbet. Not a place that will see us again.
Server seemed disinterested in trying to meet our food request. As a result we did not get food prepared as requested.
I had the stir fry with adobo shrimp. The shrimp were delicious. The stir fry was bland rice and wild rice with soggy vegetables. It was pretty terrible. I gave the food two stars because the other meals ordered by our party were passable. The service was top-notch. There is a pretty meager wine list, although, what with the quality of the food, it wasn’t a critical factor.
Convenient, attentive service but high prices and a bit stale inside. Food was good but way to expensive ( nearly $20 for 3 pancakes and $5 for an egg ala carte. Why are they charging $4/ coffee when they know the patrons are resort guests with free in room coffee? Silly. I don’t think we will eat here again because of the value but sure, it’s nice and it’s tasty.
Outstanding food and service. The steaks were expertly cooked and delicious, best we’ve had in a very long time. The prime burger was also fantastic. Nice ambiance with a view of the golf course and bagpipes being played. It’s a little expensive, but we truly enjoyed our experience there. Didn’t want to leave, want to go back soon!

We dined early so it was quiet (6pm); service was good, view very nice. My husband liked his rack of lamb a lot . I had a Cesar with salmon- lettuce was taste less and salmon well done and dry. It was replaced when I told the waiter

Decent food. Service was horrible. Waited very long to get our order taken and not once in an hour was our coffee refilled. When I took it upon me to find coffee only then did server come back.
Restaurant was fairly empty, but it took quite a while to get out food. Never received refills of our water. Felt rushed out.

Table was shimmed for levelness - bird droppings on table and chairs - food was ok - wife ordered prime rib- waitress told her that it only comes medium rare - came out very rare - rubbery - chewy. One should walk down the street to one of the restaurant's that need the business bad enough to do a great job !
The food and service were very good. We ate inside but would have been happy either in or outside. On the golf course at the Weston Resort in Scottsdale. Friendly staff.

What a horrible Easter Brunch. Have been to many Easter Brunch's at the Westin Kierland in the past and they were wonderful. This was NOT wonderful at all. Bacon & Eggs for 3 people $250. Selection of food was very poor, price was crazy high.
We came in for Easter brunch. Chris was our waitress and she was more than amazing! Food was awesome as well the drinks from the saloon. Did not disappoint. Thanks Chris and Nellie Cashman!
Beautiful location at the Westin Kierland. We ate breakfast outside and the service and food were excellent.
The buffet did no t have I offer just omelette naked goods yogurt bacon for 28 dollars over priced but the food was very good . Ordered my gea daughters kids waffles so small and 12 for two she was till hungry
Soup was incredible as was the salad. Special onion rings were awesome. Had the burger this evening and it was super.
Waiter was great. No delay in service. View of the golf course from table was relaxing and perfect complement to the evening.
Salmon bowl with Quinoa, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, & Sweet Potatoes was flavorful but there were issues. The entire bowl tasted strongly burned. The Sweet Potatoes were very burned. We sent it back and they came back undercooked. Also the Salmon was cold, not even warm. Just ate it and did not send it back again. Overall, not worth the cost.
Awesome service and the prime rib was superb. Loved the help on the wine selection.
The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor dining. We had great, friendly service and never felt rushed. I was happy to see we could order brunch or off the menu. The food was excellent! Will definitely return.
I would like to start first by sharing how outstanding Shakeira, our server was. She was friendly, attentive, thoughtful and fun to engage with. Mex, who brought our drinks, had such a kind and easy demeanor. He was absolutely lovely. Marco, the manager was friendly and attentive to the dietary restrictions we needed to adhere to.
However, I am so sad to say that, overall, this was truly a disappointing dining experience.
The menu online was not updated with the menu they were serving in the restaurant. So, the food we were hoping to enjoy was not available. The salmon I ordered, was tough and dry. The drinks were not very good at all. The heaters on the patio were removed and it is March- we were too cold to enjoy the atmosphere. The chowder was on the colder side when brought to the table. And the list goes on. It was certainly not the culinary experience we were hoping for.
While the Westin is a lovely resort, this is not a restaurant we will likely seek to visit again.

The food came out super slow for a empty restaurant. I understand kitchen are probably short staff with Covid. When the food came it was completely under cooked. We asked for a new steak and a new lamb and they just rewarmed it and put it back on the same cold plates! If you’re gonna charge $55 for a steak you should learn to cook one!
My daughter and myself were visiting Scottsdale for a girls’ trip and stayed at the kierland resort. This restaurant was located there and we had lunch and dinner there. Enjoyed it both times. Service was great and staff attentive to our needs.

Excellent family meal last night. We shared 2 ribeye steaks that were cooked and flavored perfect. Mashed potatoes and thw wedge salad were very tasty. Its expensive but the food delivered!

First, On a unseasonably cold night I went there for comfort food thinking I would order either the Chicken Pot Pie or Meatloaf. Only to find both were removed from the menu but the website had not been ordered. Secondly, our seats were right next to the doors to the outside and every time a server went out we got a blast of cold air- had to keep my jacket on during dinner. Third, the service was slow-took over 30 minutes for food to come out. With all the other great choices in Scottsdale this is just not a competitor
We arrived for an early evening dinner, we were the first to be seated, beautiful view outside the window, there was plenty of open tables to be had, when they seated the next party right next to my table, I feel that they could have spaced the seating out more.
We ordered drinks, 2 Wild Chili Margaritas, they sounded good,
Patron, triple sec, agave nectar, a pinch of tepin chili pepper dust and orange juice. The drinks were delivered with grapefruit juice instead of orange juice, which just did not deliver the anticipated taste, we asked for some OJ to add to the drink which made it palatable.
Dinner - I ordered the 16oz Ribeye with baked potato - what was delivered 14 oz New York strip. I asked my waiter about it, he agreed it looked like a strip and he checked with the chef who insisted it was a ribeye, I kept the steak and the waiter adjusted my bill, the baked potato was served with a huge chunk of cold butter that cooled off my potato before it had a chance to get cold.
Overall I’m disappointed with the food prep staff, bartender and chef, my waiter was attentive as was the bus staff. The quality of the food was good but overpriced, for the same money I could have gone to Dominics or Capital Grill and had an outstanding meal.
Food was lacking flavor and dull. We were staying at the resort and the food was outrageously pricy and not worth it. Would highly recommend dining elsewhere.
