We enjoyed the scallops as they were perfectly prepared and nicely presented. My wife had the stroganoff and it was fantastic. I had the pork chop and while the taste was very good and flavorful, it was just a bit tough to cut, though not chew so perhaps it was the knife. The roasted chicken will not disappoint! The quinoa avocado salad is not only beautiful to look at but delicious. Kate was absolutely a highlight & made the evening so enjoyable!
