Sunday lunch: Food was quick to arrive with tender beef and perfectly cooked vegetables and tasty hot gravy. We also ordered cauliflower cheese which equally tasty. It was a nice portion of food . We shall be going again on a Sunday

Staff, venue, beer were excellent. Food was good, but really overpriced. Yes, it's a city centre location, yes it's a bbq joint...I get all that. But nearly £20 for a burger not much larger than McDs is excessive. Also, that's just the burger -- a small portion of fries was an additional £5. Include the fries, and £20 is fair considering. Staff were brilliant! Always about and always asking if we needed anything. I'd visit again to try other items on the menu.

We always go to Bear, when we are in Nottingham for a family catch up. We love it! The food is excellent, the staff are friendly and the place has a lovely atmosphere

Will definitely eat there again, food was good and service with a smile.
