The whole evening was so lovely, the food was outstanding, we were a party of 5 and we all felt the food was amazing from veggie, meat and fish dishes we couldn’t fault it everyone had a delicious meal and the staff were so welcoming with a nice relaxed atmosphere, we will definitely come again but you need to book well in advance - fantastic cooking and lovely service - perfect 🩷

Been here many times in the past. Menu less varied than we remember, no specials, not much locally caught fish. Service generally good and friendly although some younger servers have developed "waiter's eye" - the ability to look somewhere else and be busy with small jobs. Food was tasty though. As for value for money, could only give two stars on that score because the wine prices were silly - cheapest bottle a Pinot Grigio at £29.50? A Rioja Reserve at £55? Come on! Are these the new Northumberland prices?
