The meat was tender and sweet the crackling extremely crispy . Followed by an out of this world choux bun filled with creamy strawberry filling with fresh strawberries . An outstanding meal . Hope Hispi decide to put the belly pork permanently back on the menu 🙏 and the choux bun !!! Please ! Worth every penny .
