Using the Welsh and European Farm to Fork strategy, we farm our own meat, grow our own fruits and vegetables, and produce our own dairy with our colleagues at Northop and Llysfasi farm. In collaboration with Coleg Cambria, we introduce to you a fresh approach to dining, here in the heart of Wrexham town centre. In light relaxing surrounding, submerse yourself with friends and family in our beautiful retreat. Where the music is acoustic and the lights dimmed, come sample our signature 15 hour cooked beef brisket dish or let us choose for you with our weekly specials.
