Great spot for a business lunch.....................................................................

Neighborhood Services is always a great meal. We typically go to the one at Preston-Royal, but since it is shut down from the tornado, we went to Addison. Not that we expected otherwise, but the one in Addison is outstanding as well.

I would rate zero if available. The experience was lousy, as it took 3 attempts to bring a burger that was cooked correctly. I would have thought they would take it off the bill however that was not the case. A desert was given, however that did not suffice.

Very disappointing. I love this restaurant and have eaten here literally dozens of times, but tonight was horrible. We had a reservation and showed up on time. The hostess was inexplicably surly as she seated and then reseated us. After sitting for about 10 minutes I finally asked the hostess to find us a waiter or waitress. Someone finally came to take a drink order but then a different person showed up to take our food order. My water glass was never refilled and we had to find our waitress in the back just to get our check. Maybe the manager was sick? Maybe it was just a bad night. But it certainly ruined the experience for us.

Food and service are consistently good.

First time to Addison NHS - been to the others. Once you find it (needs better signage) the experience was fabulous. Great food, service and atmosphere.

Neighborhood Services continues to maintain its status as one of the most consistently solid restaurants in Dallas. The service is great, the atmosphere is lively but not crazy, and the food and cocktails are top notch.

Service was great, food was well served and presented. Very tasty and good sized servings. The cocktails and wine were also very nice.

Have never had a bad meal at Neighborhood Services. They have some great specials and they offer a nice variety.

We had to wait about half hour after our reservation time but they were kind enough to provide a free appetizer when we were seated. Food was great and service was excellent.

Came with some friends from out of town. My girlfriend and I actually met at this neighborhood services. But everything was amazing as always. Ashley did an outstanding job, and had great menu suggestions. The food was incredible, and we will definitely be back in the near duture

My friends and I had a positive experience. We liked the ambiance and the food was wonderful. Everyone was pleased with their cocktail choices and meal choices; particularly the London Broil. We will return and look forward to trying other dishes. I would like to see more dessert options. Our table tried the brownie, which was served warm and was good. We also tried the butter scotch creme, but were disappointed with that dessert -- it was a little bland and did not seem fresh.

This is a very busy place. Front of house staff was unfriendly, but the manager and waitress brought things back around. Food was good.

Sat at bar awaiting our table. Bartender was nice as was the martini she made. Hostess approached from behind and said something about table almost ready and to settle bill!? While waiting for a bill she approached again and said our table was ready and to settle the bill - our table was 3 feet from our bar stools. Why on earth can’t they attach drinks to the dinner bill?
Date was dairy and gluten free(allergies) but the waiter seemed somewhat unprepared to answer questions.
Date’s salad came minus the macadamia nuts which the kitchen apparently confused with gluten.
My salad never arrived date’s salad was good. Food was average and needed a bit more flavor.
Worst part was the loud heavy metal rock music - definitely not a place for conversation or a date.
Bill came minus the bar drinks which I still had not received a bill for - asked about it and waiter returned to say they were taken care of by manager - nice but unnecessary.
Left separate tip for bartender so she wouldn’t be penalized.

The food is fabulous and the service is friendly. The hostess was right on the money when I asked about our table. We got seated exactly how she predicted. Over all a most excellent experience.

Love it and always will go

One of my favorite restaurants. The food and service are always on point! Already looking forward to my next dinner here!

I am a frequent diner at Neighborhood Services (both locations) and it is always good. The last time was no exception. I love the fried asparagus and shishito peppers and my sister loves the meatballs. They always try to accommodate us. They were nice enough to increase the number of my party at the last minute. This is my top recommendation for the Addison area.

We showed up at 7:15 for a 7:30 reservation and were not told until much later that reservations were running 30 min behind. We were not seated until 8:00. We were given a complimentary appetizer that we were not able to choose ourselves.

We love Neighborhood Services on Lovers but were extremely disappointed with the overall service level at the Addison location. The additional 30 min wait for a reservation that we arrived early for is unacceptable. Why even have a reservation?

We reached out to management and haven’t heard back...

We had a 715pm reservation. Checked in on time, actually a couple minutes early. Ended up waiting 30 minutes to be seated. Others were experienced similar waits from what we could tell.

Just not good! The chicken in my Ragu Chicken was old and had the taste of freezer burn. The serving small, and the cost - expensive. Last time I was there I had their meatloaf. It was dry and tasteless. I don’t believe I’ll be back.

Ordered the fish and chips they were very good but it was the size of 2 fish sticks. For $17.99!! Basically just a plate of fries.

Always a quality meal here ... the fish specials are usually excellent.

We had a reservation for 4 at 7:30pm, in which we arrived on time and checked in, and didn’t get sat at a table until 8:15pm. I’ve waited that long as a walk-in, but never when I had a confirmed reservation.

Other than that, waiter was fast and food is always good here.
