Here at iâl Restaurant, we are passionate about creating an excellent dining experience whilst caring for our environment. iâl Restaurant offers only the best contemporary cuisine, produced using a mix of home grown and locally sourced Welsh ingredients. Using the Welsh and European Farm to Fork strategy, we farm our own meat, grow our own fruits and vegetables, and produce our own dairy with our colleagues at Northop and Llysfasi farm. In light relaxing surrounding, submerse yourself with friends and family in our beautiful retreat. Where the music is acoustic and the lights dimmed, come sample our signature 15 hour cooked beef brisket dish or let us choose for you with our weekly specials. If the sound of that doesn't grab your attention, the smell of our fresh focaccia and sourdough we bake everyday will.
