We would highly recommend the Dumpling Tree as we had an extremely enjoyable experience. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the service was great. We shared various dishes, including the signature dumplings, all of which were delicious! Overall we couldn’t fault it and would definitely return when we are next visiting Cambridge.

A visit to Pear and Olive is always a wonderful experience and each time we become more amazed at the high quality of cooking as well of course the drink options and above all the service which is a great balance between being friendly and smoothly efficient. If this was a London restaurant people would be queuing to visit . It is a local gem that needs more support.

Decent food and sensible portion sizes. Service was attentive without being in the way. Dining room was surprisingly sparse for a Saturday evening although we were eating quite early.
