We mill AZ grown grain in house, daily. We focus on whole animal butchery, done in house. We have an extensive fermentation program. Our bar program largely focuses on wines that are organic, biodynamic, and produced with minimal intervention. The cocktail list highlights the best products of the season, with a carefully curated list of spirits from across the globe. We believe that our hospitality is just as important as the food and beverages we put on the table. We do not encourage our restaurant for young children. We do not have any highchairs in house and ask that you please bring your own if it is required. We do not offer any outdoor seating. This is my favorite restaurant in Tucson. Never fails to produce a delicious meal. Every time I dine here, the meal seems better than my previous visit. Perfect place for a lovely meal before a show at the Fox theater! Bravo!

Celebrated our anniversary and the staff was kind and considerate. The food was delicious. We had the Wednesday Wellington that was cooked to perfection. It is truly a celebration location.

Great Tequila selection, something like 60 different brand/types. I was a little disappointed that there were not more non-enchilada/taco/burrito selections. I ordered the Carne Asada which is supposed to be, and is described as, thin-sliced steak; it was about 1.5 inches thick. My wife's beef fajitas had large chunks of steak that were too large to be wrapped in a tortilla so she ate it as a regular dish.
