As always fabulous food and service. Excellent menu choice with traditional food such as fish and chips and burger & chips but also other lovely dishes such as sea bream and trout. Starters & desserts equally varied and tasty.

Fantastic selection of different wines. Friendly welcome and service. Good food. Well worth calling in or booking for an enjoyable interlude of good wine and nibbles.

The experience was a positive one, and we had a lovely time together to celebrate our friend's birthday. The waiting staff member was very attentive, everything was presented nicely, and the food was great. The gluten free selection was very nice, and the gluten free scone was the nicest I'd ever had! The only downside was that the room we were supposed to be put in was "double booked" ( I suspect intentionally so to generate more money), and so we were placed into the bar area which is obviously quite a different atmosphere, particularly in terms of noise and ambience. The table was also a low down one, which was fine for us, but for anyone with mobility difficulties it may have been more of a problem.
