    My and I wife had the tasting menu. This is a 7 course sampler of dishes on the main menu. The food is simply outstanding. In addition to tasting great, the presentation on the plates was beautiful. I loved how this restaurant puts a modern twist on more traditional Turkish food. A couple of other notes- the service was spectacular. As good as any high end restaurant we have eaten at. And the restaurant has an excellent wine list, with many terrific, but reasonably priced wines. We can’t wait to go back!

    I love this place, but last night after talking with our hostess, she told us that Mathilde will close on December 31. But they will be going to their sister restaurant, L'Ardoise, which is in our neighborhood. But I will miss Mathilde, for sure. But I got to have the bone marrow and cassoulet, so our visit was nonetheless memorable.

    This is a hidden gem. I live close by and had never been here before. I celebrated my birthday with pitchers of margaritas that were perfect. The food was delicious but would benefit from more options. The mole enchiladas were delicious. The flan was also delicious. I will come again.
