The Chilean sea bass and the grouper were amazing and the calamari was divine! We almost didn’t have dessert but we did and boy were we glad, the chocolate chip waffle with white chocolate ice cream was divine!!! Our waiter, Mr. Ambassador was the best, thank you for the most wonderful way to spend our last night in St. Thomas!

We’ve been to La Tapa before but this was by far our best experience. The service was impeccable and the food fresh and delicious. The roasted pineapple and Thai ice cream dessert topped off a wonderful meal. A lovely view of the bay wasn’t too shabby either.
