Having been here previously (2022), I must say the new chef, Tom has absolutely made his mark and improved the food quality drastically and he’s only been head chef a month! All of the courses were full of flavour, even the eel which I was a little weary about trying! My personal favourites were the Turbot and then the strawberry pre dessert. Caviar on a dessert… I know maybe strange but it really worked with all of the other flavours. The service was absolutely impeccable, from start to finish. I must say if this is his first month as head chef, I’m really excited for what’s to come! Highly recommend.

Good food, great service but put off by the noisy DJ set in the outside area in front of the hotel.

The food was excellent, and the view was phenomenal. However, we found the carvery process a bit unclear; we were not adequately informed about what to do. Additionally, while there was live music, I felt it was a bit too loud, making it difficult to have a conversation. Although it was a bit expensive, I would still recommend it for special occasions.

We enjoyed the savoury Afternoon Tea very much and it was very good value for the food we received- a selection of sandwiches, sausage roll and mini pethivier, continental meats with bread, pickles etc and a variety of cheese and crackers. Nice choice of teas too.The service was excellent too-friendly and welcoming. The bar has a nice vibe but was extremely quiet when we were there which took away from the atmosphere a bit. I'd definitely be happy to return though!

What an incredible evening. Truly an exceptional experience being sat at the Chefs table. A once in a lifetime opportunity that everyone must do. The staff at Bohemia couldn’t be more helpful and friendly, they made the evening. If you get that chance do the chefs table. Food was amazing and we had six empty plates with every course. Perfect wine pairing. Once again thank you to all the staff at Bohemia and head chef Callum.
