Only 1 person on duty when we arrived, so had to wait 4 to 5 minutes to be recieved

We visited Bill's restaurant on 5th May 2025 (Horsham) and It was a fantastic experience from booking on here to the welcome from Carrie when we arrived. Carrie's attitude and personality are among the best I've experienced in the many restaurants I've been to. Her desire to make sure my family and I had every question or request taken care of was amazing. We were a family of 6 , whose order involved heavy customisation, removal of items, and replacements of items. I didn't expect her to get it the first time, considering we were also unsure of exactly what we ordered. That said, Carrie and her team at Bills delivered. When it comes to customer service, the details matter a lot. I ordered 3 extra vegan sausages mid-way through our Brunch, and they hadn't arrived after 5 minutes or so. Carrie went downstairs and brought them to us within 2 minutes. She also made sure, at the end of our lunch, that I wasn't charged for my hold booking, and carried out her due diligence to make sure her colleagues had checked us in so we don't get charged. By far, our favourite brunch spot we've ever visited. Thank you to Carrie and her team!

A very different experience to most restaurants around Crawley. The service was exemplary by someone who was clearly very knowledgeable about the food on offer. Which was outstanding. The portions were generous and everything was cooked to near perfection. The sweet potato fries were possibly the best I have tasted. Thoroughly recommended by me.

The food was excellent as ever. You do chips better than anyone else we know! Also it is many years since we have seen steak & kidney pudding on the menu and it was delicious! Please pass on compliments to the chef. Your staff are always courteous and attentive. Thank you.

A good experience - clean tables, quick service, helpful staff. Enjoyed the chicken with cheese/bacon and would go again.
