We are a family ran independent Italian restaurant specialising in rustic traditional Italian home-cooking.Owned and managed by Ferdinando Mercogliano and family, we have been at the heart of the Romiley community for over 38 years. Customer favourites include our fresh pasta and proper Neapolitan pizza, but you will also find a whole range of items on our menu including traditional Italian antipasti, grilled meats, seafood, risottos and more. All we can say is the Team of people that work at the Disley Sasso’s make the place what it is….. simply amazing!!! Great service, amazing food and always the best for a fantastic night out!!

On a really hot evening, the friendly staff coped so well! Only one small bar for service which led to some delay but they coped so well. Ate inside and food was well cooked - some dishes not available on the night - happened to be the ones we’d chosen but alternatives were fine. Beer garden was accessed down 2 flights of stairs which I found awkward. Drinks and food for 2 at £54 was good value.
