Due to the geographic location, the peninsula of Yucatan has developed signature flavors that are unlike any other found in the Mexican Republic. La Posada will spotlight pre-columbian and mestizo dishes that combine native fruits and vegetables with spices brought to the continent by the conquest. This restaurant is a tribute to the late Felix Rosado and the cantina bears his name. Felix was a Mexican immigrant who lived in Milford, Pennsylvania and opened the original La Posada Mexican Restaurant in Dingman’s Ferry in the late 1980’s.
