Elizabeth and I were very excited to open our restaurant in Downtown Stuart. After years of visiting our parents our hearts led us back here each time we considered a different location. Our son Taylor (our Executive Chef) and I, both have a culinary education and all three of us are extremely passionate about quality food,drinks and hospitality. We thoroughly enjoy taking great care of our guests. “the Gafford” is named after my grandparents who taught us how to enjoy life, have fun and laugh (especially at ourselves). My grandfather was in the Air Force and hospitality business all of his life and taught me so much about business, cooking and hospitality. I can remember when I was young visiting my grandparents on their farm. My grandfather used to teach me how to grill. My favorite dish to cook together was a giant Ribeye steak. On our menu, that is our signature item and we call it “the Gafford.” Welcome to the Gafford where casual meets upscale.

    Dinned here for my daughter birthday, with it also being our first visit. It did not disappoint. The food and service were incredible. Arianna was so sweet and attentive. She gave us a great description of the menu and how the food was prepared. Overall it was an incredible experience and we will be back!

    My fiancé, Tiffany and I chose Stuart's based on menu, location, and guest feedback. We Were not disappointed. Immediately greeted with a cheerful hello, and that our table was ready and waiting for us. Once seated, we were again greeted by another bright and cherry person, Brea. A charming, knowledgeable, and attentive server. The food came out with perfect timing between apps and main, no rush and no agonizing wait. Brea was attentive but not in your face annoying. The food was outstanding. Brea and the rest of the staff were amazing. A great dining experience. We highly recommend a stop at Stuart's. Enjoy the charm of the restaurant and staff as well as the tastes of the well prepared dishes. Bon Appétit!

    Absolutely one of the best restaurants in the area. The ambiance, the Team, and the food are all top shelf. Our 2 grandchildren had a blast as well. What a welcoming place. This is a must try. Don’t forget to go to the sister restaurant, the Gafford in Stuart. Another amazing place that we will be dining at this evening. From ownership to every team member, these places are the best. We’ll be back.

    Giordi was our Thanksgiving Day treat to ourselves, and it was a complete win. We ate outside in the courtyard, with its lovely ambiance. The food—salmon and steak, respectively—was exquisite, perfectly prepared and presented. The service was attentive, and the sommelier so helpful. I appreciate being able to taste wines before I trust my meal to them. We finished with apple tart and a lovely orange crème brûlée. An absolutely perfect evening. Highly recommend.
