- RRudySan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoI was at NOPA on January 20th and sat at the communal table, which was really fun. My friend and I chatted with a few people at the table there which made the experience very pleasant. Our server, Felix, was outstanding!!! Very kind patient and attentive! I ordered a pasta dish with mushrooms and my friend had the burger. Both were amazing! For drinks we ordered the whiskey smash and a glass of Cab Franc, both excellent. For dessert we had the tart and the pumpkin brûlée bread with toasted pumpkin seeds which was our favorite. We were back at NOPA last night and I had brought a few more friends with me since we had an amazing experience the first time. This time did not disappoint! We sat at the bar as we waited for our 8:45 reservation. It was very busy as usual, but also very expected for a Saturday night. We were excited to be sat in Felix’s section again and he actually remembered us from our first visit! Once again, we had a great experience here and will most definitely be back soon!More infoNopa - San FranciscoPrice: Expensive• Californian• North Panhandle / USF•4.7

We celebrated my dad’s birthday, and loved it. My mom is very picky when it comes to eating Mexican food in a Mexican restaurant because she doubts it’ll be as good as her cooking. Needless to say, she loved everything we tried. Pozole, carnitas, branzino, and the enchiladas verdes were amazing. If you enjoy seafood, definitely try the ahi crudo. LITERALLY AMAZING !! And I would even say the pozole is better than my moms which is saying a lot lol We will definitely be going back for another special occasion.More infoElena'sPrice: Moderate• Mexican• Forest Hill / West Portal•4.7

Food was delicious, ambiance was lovely for a birthday celebration, the caviar presentation was the best, and the attention to detail was top notch. Our server Parker was great and thoughtful. We never felt rushed to finish up. I will definitely come back for brunch again.More infoSprucePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Presidio Heights•4.7

Being nearby San Francisco, where there is no shortage of restaurants, this place continues to solidify its place. I grew up in the city and used to come here all the time as a child with my parents. After decades living in other parts of the country, whenever I come back for a visit, Joe’s is on the list for meals. It never gets old, just better with time. Do yourself a favor and go if you have never been. You will not be disappointed.More infoOriginal Joe's WestlakePrice: Moderate• Italian• Daly City•4.8

Great for a fun date night or bringing friends or family from out of town - it’s just delicious and the ambience is so cool, everyone loves it. Family style makes it even better since there’s always too many options to choose from, you can try a bunch. A bit pricey so maybe not for your average night out, or for the picky eaters out there (way more adventurous than spaghetti with tomato although there is a margarita pizza)More infoChe Fico San FranciscoPrice: Expensive• Italian• North Panhandle / USF•4.7
