Best restaurants near me in New Braunfels, TX

We just celebrated our 12th wedding anniversary at McAdoo’s. It’s my favorite New Braunfels restaurant! The Seafood Fondue appetizer was to die for!..creamy, rich and delicious!! It could be shared with at least 4 people, but the two of us did pretty much finish it off! The wedge salad was perfectly balanced with just the right amount of dressing, bacon, red onions and tomatoes. And the portion was large!…3 or 4 people could have split this before a meal! The cup of clam chowder that my husband ordered was surprisingly good (I don’t always like clam chowder). I had the Mahi Mahi Bourdeaux, which I get every single time I go here. The fish is always perfectly cooked, and the creamy sauce is delicious! My husband had the Cajun pasta and it was a hit!..very flavorful without being too spicy. For dessert, we had the chocolate chip bread pudding, which was warm and melty goodness, and key lime pie, which was good…but not the best I’ve every had ( just keeping it real ). The restaurant was decorated beautifully for Christmas, and our server was amazing as always. McAdoo’s never disappoints

Always love spending time at Sidecar. Would love if kitchen was open past 9:00 when there is an event in downtown NB. Made 9:00 reservations early to have a drink and eat after Wassailfest. Arrived right before 9:00 and kitchen was closed. So bummed! Left and enjoyed a great pizza at Callahans.

Fun night. Good service and food. Restaurant staff were very helpful and outgoing.

As always the food and service eere exceptional. It is so nice to have a place in new Braunfels that serves such fine cuisine and with anything that you order you just won’t be disappointed.

Myron's is our go to place for special occasions. The atmosphere in the main dining room and bar is Old School. Josh, the bartender makes a perfect cocktail. The food is consistently delicious and the service from check in to wait staff top notch. Be sure to season your food with the special Myron's seasoning on the table.
