We had an outstanding experience at Torc and would highly recommend! It’s a “must visit” when in Downtown Napa. All the food was delicious and the service was exceptional! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable of the food they are serving and go above and beyond! Thank you Torc for such an amazing dinner!
