Brilliant to see fine dining food matched with the warmest of service and a proper old Cornish building. Not being in the out-of-county hub of Rock and Padstow really helps too, only 20 minutes from Truro. This place should become a staple for Cornish special occasions.

We always enjoy visiting The Longstore - the vibe and service are great. I would like healthier options everything is quite rich - but I enjoyed the mussels and the Longstore burger and was able to have mixed green vegetables as a side We will be back

This restaurant is stunning! Charlie and his team have created an absolute gem in Fowey - outstanding experience from welcome to departure. A wonderful friendly and relaxed welcome from the front of house team, well laid out restaurant with all tables able to share in the view of the work in the kitchen. The menu is small but perfectly curated, with local produce superbly imagined and created. Between us we had the scallop starter and the mackerel starter, both so beautifully crafted, followed by lamb which was cooked to perfection, with a wonderful sauce. Desserts to tantalise the taste buds, and all supported by a wonderful New Zealand pinot noir. This restaurant fully deserves to be successful, and I'm sure will be attracting interest from the Michelin guide very, very soon.

We were a group of six and we all thoroughly enjoyed the buzz of Springtide. The service was good and pleasant. Our meals were delicious!

Nice staff, good service, dog friendly and fantastic location. I will be back when back in Cornwall
