    Our server, Matt, was very attentive and never kept us waiting, despite a busy, Saturday afternoon 2 week before Christmas, late lunch crowd! I had a great bowl of French Onion Soup and my wife had a very flavorful BBQ Chicken Flatbread. If you like a warm crusty bread with sweet whipped butter, this is your place. Great place to eat.

    We hadnt been back to Embers in quite a while and we were so happy that we did again. Our server Madison did an outstanding job. Very friendly but also professional, knowledgeable and efficient. She really enhanced our experience. The food was wonderful as always. We'll be back!

    Our party of 6 truly enjoyed the experience and the overall dinner. All of the food was very good. The salads, and sides, were very good. All of the various meats were delicious as well and cooked to varying degrees of doneness. Everyone kept saying that there was nothing that they didn’t like. Our servers were great as well. Ana and Wyatt made sure we were well taken care of. All of us agreed that we would go back to Texas De Brazil!

    Wonderful wine tasting before the meal. Good wines, and our wine steward knew about the wines and was able to share the info. Diante was great and I hope he’ll be there to help us in the future. Our meal afterwards was perfect. I highly recommend the wild mushroom flatbread to start the meal. Jade was friendly and attentive, with a great smile. She got everything right and made sure we were pleased with our meal each step of the way. Thank you Coopers Hawk for a lovely evening.
